Via email I was assigned site 69. When we got there at 7:15 pm, the gate was locked. We waited 20 minutes for someone to let us in after I called ahead with the arrival time. Then was told we had site 79! We paid for 3 extra guests in advance, then were charged for them again. We protested, but to know avail because the very rude staff wasn’t having it. Wouldn’t even check the records! Even chased us down for the money when we walked away. This campground is 90% seasonal sites. We did not feel comfortable there and won’t be back. Our site was muddy and not grassy at all. Very poor service-cell, internet, and personal!!

Paid $41 per night for 2 nights. Full hookups. 50amp, water (a little low at 38psi), and sewer. We camped all the way in the back in site 47 with our 42ft 5th wheel. We arrived on a Friday night at the campground was full with kids everywhere. I mean everywhere! It took several minutes longer to drive back to our site each time because there were so many kids on bikes and playing tag and adults walking the campground. It's good to see people outdoors. Just be aware that it could be busy. But it was quiet at night. The site was a little strange. It had a shed and a deck like it's typically reserved for an annual or more permanent resident. The water spigot was being used by our neighbor so we ran our hose all the way to the front of the site where there was another spigot. We also shared a single power pedestal but luckily our neighbor chose the 30amp plug so we had the 50amp plug available. The sites are all shaded by trees so we did get a few small twigs and things falling on the roof. But it's nice to have some shade on hot days. Didn't have to run our ACs much.We didn't use the pool or basketball court or other amenities since they were packed. Didn't seem like many people wore masks or cared too much about covid. But people were generally friendly and waved and said hi.
