Easy pull through, long site. Open year round. Easy access although almost missed the turn-in as it’s somewhat hidden off the main road.

The site was level and nice with plenty of space for my rig and tow vehicle. The only word of advice I would give someone staying here is working the anti-freeze water spigot. If your like me, you will hook up the water hose and be quite surprised when all the water shoots out of a peculiar looking hole below where the hose hooks up. (See photos) Thanks to some friendly neighbors I found out what it was as well as how to operate it. Pull down on the brass ring where the water was exiting from at the same time you turn on the water. Voila! Water hooked up! The friendly neighbors saved me from a walk of shame to find out how to use a simple spigot. The bathrooms were clean individual locking rooms. Very nice. I would definitely stay here again as a stopover.

Great, cozy campground. Easy access off I57. Staff friendly, flexible and kind. Park and pet walk area. I only stayed an overnight passing through yet will stay again if needed. Thank you.

This would be a great overnight or remote work spot. Couldn't see coming here for a weekend or getaway.

Stayed about a week to visit relatives. Clean and accommodating. Small bar for happy hour. Nearby shopping and fuel. We would stay there again. Only drawback was it could use more playground stuff for kids. Has a shelter for outdoor parties. Easy access.

Second time staying here. Easy access , on and off I-57. Sites are close but enough space to open slides. Pull through accommodated 40’ SuperC and towed Jeep. Utilities work, WiFi worked. Only negative, traffic noise from I-57 is extremely loud, all night.

The office has a bar/video games area for adults that want to relax. Close to interstate but not loud. Also, lots of amenities nearby. WiFi was really poor and not easy to connect with.

Will stop again when in the area. Few cigarette butts at site but we aren’t the most picky people.

Verizon and AT&T cellular bandwidth varied: sometimes adequate for streaming, sometimes at a crawl. The lady who checked us in was friendly and accommodating. Some road noise from the elevated highway near the campground. Our problem with this campground was with the owner. We arrived on a Sunday and set up our 4-foot dog fence around the entrance to our camper as we always do, and no one said anything to us. Monday morning as I walked one of our dogs (on-leash), the owner drove up and told me we had to take the fence down, that it violated their "always on leash" policy. There was nothing in the rules about dog fences, and every campground we'd ever been to with strict leash rules had permitted the fencing. So I tried to make the point that we used it solely to get the dogs out of the camper safely and securely, but he insisted that's what leashes were for, and he seemed to take offense when I suggested he make the no-fencing rule clear for future campers (because we would have picked a different campground had we known). My father-in-law was staying at a different site in the campground with his own camper and dog fence, and he and the owner had a similar if more argumentative conversation, where the owner told him he had an hour to take down the fence or he would be kicked out.We both took down the respective fences down and dealt with it for the remainder of our week-long stay. But we noticed that one camper (it looked like it belonged to a long-term resident) had a dog fence up at their camper, and throughout the week we saw a number of dogs off-leash, yet no one made a fuss.So I would not call our stay a pleasant one, and we won't be going back.
