The family is involved and makes sure the park is kept in excellent condition and modernized. It has multiple pools, fishing ponds, shuttle to the beach, cabins, concerts, food, store, themed activities every week, and etc.Sites are generally large and well spaced. Plenty of shade trees. Roads are very good. Many seasonal renters that come back year after year. Lots to do in the area. If you are looking to get a large family group together this would be a great place.Lots to do in the area. Old Orchard Beach and Portland are a short drive away.

  • Great location for kids - busy place

Great location if you have kids - lots of seasonal users. Pools - Hot Tubs - Adult only areas. Close to Portland and Old Orchard. Busy place but well run and maintained. Pricey but you get the amenities.

So this place will not be for everyone. Looking for a quiet, scenic spot on the Maine coast? Look elsewhere. But, if you're looking for a few days with a nice pool (with a bar!), playground for the kids and even live music in a covered gazebo type thing, come here! Seems like this is a spot that regulars come for a couple few weeks (months?) in the summer and have a good time. For us, we found it pretty convenient to Portland, had a decent little general store with beer, a good amount of shade and generally nice people. Not particularly quiet, but "festive" and social. Friends had been here during the off-season and said it was much more dead. Anyway, a pretty well managed place for its size and tho expensive in the peak season, not a bad place for a few days of summer fun.
