Disappointing. Mostly seasonal residents in cottage style RVs. To say the campground has a view of the water is a stretch. There is no direct access and the marsh is way out in the distance. Overall, the campground is nothing special and pricey. Better options elsewhere.
Dated with poor internet, cable and restrooms

We stayed here two days in a site with a view of the marsh and the ocean in the background. A very nice location.I would have given the park more stars if not for the following:1. The restrooms and showers are dated and have small stalls. There is no ADA compliant toilet. The laundry has poor dryers.2. The wifi is almost impossible to use although it shows a strong signal with internet availability. 3. The cable TV is extremely odd. Some channels had a dash after the number like an over the air channel would have and are pixelated. Many of the channels are fuzzy.
