Well the site had trash left on it from previous people the one pile was we don’t even know what. We hooked up power and water which were fine. My husband went to check out the restroom /bath house and said to me don’t even think of going in there it’s disgusting. So we unhooked the trailer and went out for the day as spending time at the sure was not an option here. There were odd looking rental trailers/mobile homes surrounding us and if you sat outside pretty much it was a shared area we were not even certain which fire put was ours. Not sure how there are so many rave reviews this was the worst place we have ever been to and for nearly $100 a night I thought it would at least be kept up. On a side note this morning on our way out we stopped at the restrooms near the entrance and my husband said that bathroom there was clean and kept up crazy how one is in complete disarray and the other was so well kept. More direction from the staff would have been helpful. Extremely disappointed and will not go back.

The site we're in was showing low power on the 50 amp plug so we had to move to 30 amps. Luckily the weather is in the 70's to low 80's so AC isn't an issue. The speed here for Verizon is beyond belief. I've got 51mps down and 11mps up using my MOFI device from Amazon. Work, streaming, etc are no problem day or night. The campground is supposed to have good WiFi but who needs it when you've got an unlimited data account? This is a very popular place so come in around noon if you want the best spot, otherwise you'll be choosing from what's left. The sites are a not huge, but more than adequate in much of the park. The older section towards the back of the park can be a real challenge for larger rigs. There are lots of retail and services nearby and the beach is a very short drive away. Noise is not a problem at all, though I do remind everyone that I was quite happy living next to the I-95/I-64 interchange for 15 years. Perhaps I don't notice it when it happens, but I have not heard any loud noises beyond a few kids shrieking with laughter. For a TT campground, this is definitely way at the higher end of the spectrum. My only complaint is that I think cable is expensive (about $25 per week) for what you get. There aren't a lot of OTA channels, so some may find it reasonable.

Was quiet as the front is still set back well from the road - behind a mini golf course. Power was amazing my power watchdog read 120 volts on both legs. Verizon cell service blazing fast 70+Mbps download, Sprint 15 Mbps down. Used the Sprint most of the time as it is unlimited with FMCA. Front section has a good view of the sky for satellite TV. The middle and back section is great for a tree lined campground experience. Water was 60 psi. Sewer was relatively new and was able to screw my hose into it for a smell free fit. Camp hosts were very nice and accommodating, they went above and beyond to make our stay as carefree as possible. Had multiple Amazon packages delivered and they accepted them without question, always a smile a great conversation.

The campground was pretty full but it did not feel crowded. I have a large rig and navigating the park was easy (worst part was pulling in off the highway). Staff is friendly as are the residents. The newer section in the front has little to no shade but it is Maine so you aren't going to get too hot. The back older section has a lot of trees. They have planted pushes and trees but it will take a while to grow in the front. The pads are gravel and really level. ATT had signal but every once in a while it would drop out. Verizon had great signal ATT = 8-20 Mbps down and 6-8 Mbps UpVerizon = 94 Mbps Up and 41 Mbps down. (yes, you read it correctly)

Full hookups. Water 60psi, sewer and 50amp. Cell service was adequate (AT&T and Verizon) but not screaming fast.No trees, but large, open gravel site. They were still planting shrubs and small trees during our stay so we were probably one of the first guests to stay in our site. We thought it might be loud near the entry and behind the go kart/mini golf course but it wasn't loud at all.Easy access to many of the local beaches and towns. One of our favorite Thousand Trails campgrounds this year.

The campground is a mix of seasonal and short-term rentals and there are RV lots of various sizes, tent sites, and cabin rentals all mixed together. You will definitely see some very nice looking long term setups! We stayed over July 4th weekend and found the campsites to be mostly full though there were empty sites near us as well as empty trailers. The sites are quite close together, so there isn't a ton of privacy. There was some noise from neighboring sites, but it wasn't bad at all, especially for a holiday weekend. There are quiet hours from 11pm-8am and people tended to retire before 11pm.We stayed in a set of sites in the back that have 30 amp and 50 amp hook-ups and are pull through (sites 151-208). We stayed in one of these making it easy to get out 35' trailer in and out. Some of the roads are a bit narrow - definitely only room for one vehicle at a time, but there did not seem to be a one-way set up (though it could have easily been created). The streets between the sites were narrow, making turning a bit tight at times. We did not run into any issues when arriving or leaving, but I could imagine this easily happening. New sites have been built in the front of the campground and they appear able to fit any size rig and are 45 degree back in sites (sites 300+).Location wise, this campground is very close to lots of restaurants, the beach, and cute coastal Maine towns. There were lots of gift shops and antique shops, though we choose not to visit due to COVID. It is also about an hour from Portsmouth and Portland if you are looking for a slightly larger city. It was a bit difficult to spot from Route 1 as there is a mini golf course in front of the campground and the sign is further in from the road than the mini golf sign. While this made the campground hard to spot, it does allow the campsites to be set quite a ways back from the noise and traffic that is Route 1. Additionally, there is a keypad entry into the campground for security.Pets were welcome and there were lots there!

$75 dollars a night and you have to pay extra for WiFi and cable. Sites are very close together and not in very good shape. Looks like a run down camp ground. Ok for a one night stay I will not stay here again. I have straight talk cell phones and they worked fine. You can get a few air tv stations.

Just south was Ogunquit, a cute little touristy town. North is Cape Elizabeth, but the Lighthouse was closed for reservations. Oddly, our site had a meter box right in the camp area which was odd. Adult lodge could've used some freshening up, it was dust and stuffy, but quiet for work. Cerro reception was good

Lots of trees and RVs are packed in. Our side was a bit surprising we could fit it and we had to do some tricky driving to get in. After that, things were good. Full hookups though. They had a few playgrounds and public areas so the kids had fun. We got there right after pool shut down, but we could see it was in pretty good condition as well. The staff we talked to while there were all really nice.Good laundry facility but expensive. We would stay again and just cross our fingers about finding a good spacious spot.

The park is right behind the Wonder Mountain Fun Park which was closed for the season after Labor Day. The Wells farmers market used the Wonder Mountain parking lot on Wednesdays. Spaces are all full hookups, some are 50 amp. The pictures show the unusual site arrangements - we don't have slides so width was not an issue. Most sites are quite long and can accommodate any size RV. Traffic on route 1 (Post Road) was always busy but we rarely heard it from our site. Cable TV and wi-fi are both available for a fee. OTA TV was limited to about 8 channels.
