The campground itself is ok, but the family that owns it needs to take some better business courses! Beware!

Very nice, small campground with full hookups + cable for RVs. Well maintained and clean. Very quiet - no frills. Sites are mostly wooded which gives it a park like feel. Good for those looking for a basic campground with not a lot of extra amenities or resort type programs.

This is a nice park close to Kennebunkport area. The park is tree-lined and it is quite pretty. There is a gate so you will need a gate code to come and go. There are many privately-owned park models in this park, which were all well-kept. We used the laundry facilities and those were nice, too. There is a gate so you will need a gate code to come and go. There are many privately-owned park models in this park, which were all well-kept. We used the laundry facilities and those were nice, too. At nearly $80, it is expensive for what you get. Be sure to visit the Lobster Roll food truck down the street. Just ask the staff and they will direct you to it. It's awesome!

Nice campground,very well kept, modern and clean restrooms. Family owned and very friendly and personable staff. We stayed at site number 11 and had plenty of room for our 28 foot travel trailer. There were some bigger sites and everything seem to be well wooded.
