The campsite was very quiet and dark at night which was nicer than other KOA’s in the past.

We have in fact been here several times and the staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. Most sites are typical KOA fare, rows with fairly close spacing. Historically our gravel sites have been reasonably level allowing us to stay hitched up during one night stops. All areas are well maintained. Each site gravel separated by grass and trees limiting the parking lot feeling. Loved the clean restrooms. Little traffic noise.During a recent 3 night stay we were by happenstance put in one of the half dozen grassy pond side sites. Ideal for a small trailer like ours. We will request these for future stays. They have water and electric only. Our photos show this site.We observed the spacing seemed adequate for the big rigs to navigate easily Generally speaking the seasonal campers and their collected equipment and decorations are located in a separate area in the rear of the facility which we like.We noted there is no cable. The location is close enough to Rochester there should be ample broadcast stations available. The WI-FI was strong, performance was appropriate to the time of day and number of campers. There are many things to keep kids busy. The little cafe served good food, excellent ice cream, and was a fun venue.
