We got a weekly rate here and I think it was around 140-150. It was priced right.The owners are great, the showers and laundry were very clean. They have excellent wifi which we used every night to stream TV without any issues. We stayed near the pond which you can fish for free. They have excellent wifi which we used every night to stream TV without any issues. We stayed near the pond which you can fish for free. The only bad thing about this place- is the appearance of the truck stop/casino on the way in which is in dire need of some paint. On my 6 month tour of the south- Cypress was in the top 5 parks in overall quality and price.

The new owners are working their butts off to maintain and expand the park. They have a pool, golf carts to rent and boats to rent. It’s a nice quiet place but it’s very easy to go shoot the bull with people next door. If your in the area, it’s a no brainer.
