This park has 8 spots. Mostly seasonal people who have been coming for years. Harriet met us in the driveway to show us to our spot. We were instantly welcomed into their community. All the sites had great views of the river and were very spacious. There is a croquet court and horseshoe pit set up. A screen room for puzzles and pot lucks. Harriet the owner brings cooked lobsters to your site for $6 a pound. She also picked a pound of crabmeat for us. Her husband Ward gets the crabs and lobsters. Yeah you can be a loner here, as there were while we were here, but we loved the friendliness of everyone. And there’s hiking and kayaking to do nearby. We love this place. Our Verizon service was 3 bars extended network. No problem downloading. WiFi available but a little slow but go near the router and it was fast.
My favorite place Big rig friendly.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed. Every site has a clear view of the river. When we arrived the owner came out to meet us and arrange for us to pull in so our windows faced the river. Full hook ups and level....That evening Harriett came down and offered to cook us fresh lobster for 5.50 a lb plus a $ a lb to cook it. Short time later she was at the door fresh lobster on a pan showed us how to clean it and eat it. Oh was it sweet. Arcada National sea shore is 61 miles, there are lots of light houses and places to go. When our week was up I didn’t want to leave. We came to see the Maine coast and feel in love with a tidal river and a delightful RV park. There are washers and driers, a clean ,nice Bathhouse, and a clothes line for folks like me that enjoy hanging out there clothes...the dryer worked great also. The sites are large and there is a screened picnic area and lots of mowed grass for star gazing. We stayed here in. 35’ 5th wheel. We will be back......
