This was a nice, clean, safe spot with level sites. You are close to your neighbors here, not much privacy. The River walk was a great place for an evening walk. Easy access to Natchez visitors center and all of downtown. Nice laundry facilities.

We enjoyed our stay here. There is plenty of space between the sites and most are pull through. The hot tub was hot, just like it’s supposed to be. We had lots of space to walk and ride bikes.

This is a clean well run RV park right on the Mississippi River. There is a sidewalk along the river. It is just across the river from Natchez,Ms. Our site was near the entrance and was level. The bath rooms were clean and close.

Super helpful on the phone and upon arrival. Shady spots just a few yards from the mighty Mississippi River. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the levee path watching the sunrise. Laundry was affordable and well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub. Two and a half miles and you’re in downtown Natchez which is worth a few days to explore.

When we got to River View, we both exhaled “this is heaven!” The campground is really nice and right on the Mississippi! The kids loved the pool and the huge playground. We all enjoyed the hot tub and were just a few minutes from Natchez.

Park was just okay. Some sites better than others. We were in Site 2 which was right by the office, pool and entrance. Lots of noise and not one tree. Bathrooms need updated, mostly used by those in the pool. Did have a nice big fenced dog area but was quite far from our site so only went once.

The campground was packed for the balloon festival, but we slept well and didn't feel too crowded. A short walk to the Mississippi River walkway when we heard a towboat coming. Good view of the balloons and two balloons came to the RV park for one night's glow. Thoroughly enjoyed our covid-safe time there.

Beautiful park and very well maintained with a pool, clubhouse, and clean laundry services. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Riverwalk was a nice 2.5 mile RT We so enjoyed walking the 2.5 mile RT Riverwalk, watching the barges go up and down the river and the hot air balloons go over the river.

The hotel at the end of the board walk had stray cats wandering around, who were occasionally friendly. The levees just behind the park's spaces were huge open fields, where people could let their dogs run. We arrived at the beginning of December and were shocked at how cold it got in Louisiana. But the warmth of our fellow RV travelers certainly made up for it. We stayed here for a month around the Xmas and New Years holiday. The park held potlucks for Christmas and New Years, we chatted with several retirees, full-timers, vacationers. We learned how to play some fun travel games - dominos, canasta, and Farkel and ended up making friends with several people who did workcamping or long-term stays at the place. People in the park were generous, helpful, and friendly. The pool was great for afternoon swims (weather permitting - it did get below freezing a few nights, water lines froze). The laundry room is great and not expensive. We stayed on the north side of the park, which was kind of deserted, but an Airstream Rally came through for New Years, so we suddenly had tons of neighbors for a few nights. Honestly there is not much in the town of Vidalia, LA - but across the river in Natchez, MS there's lots to see. We toured Natchez Trace - lots of hikes and woods to explore. The RV park has a small library - I even added a book Nevada Barr's "Deep South", a murder mystery in Natchez Trace, a great read if you are exploring the area.No recycling, which was kind of a bummer, but expected for the area. The Wifi was fantastic, we were able to stream. It might have been the result of being on the more empty side of the park. We really had a great time at this park and would definitely come back if we were passing through the area again.

That said, the rest of the campground was quite nice and the location was very convenient for visiting Natchez MS. We had a concrete pad, but every other site was grass... it looks like the concrete sites were probably the originals, and were nice and wide, but more sites were later created in between each site to fit more people in. The sites are now an average size for a commercial RV park, but definitely weren't spacious. There's a great paved walking path along the river that we used for daily dog walks, as well as walking along the top of the levee. There's also a pool, hot tub, and playground. Our AT&T and Verizon both worked fine, but the campground WiFi was too slow to be useful. The only downside is the barges slowly making their way up and down the river are quite loud, at all hours of the day and night. We would happily return.

Great pool and hot tub with a view of the river, my only complaints here are that the pool area closed at 7 pm, that's a tad too early and the when taking a shower to rinse off the chlorine, the shower dial was backward and it took me some time to figure that out. LOLThe only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the barge noise from the river. They run all night long! And if they are going upstream you will hear the noise for a good half hour! In all fairness, I am a light sleeper and used earplugs, but that only helped a little bit. I also feel like it was a little overpriced.
