Driveways full and I emphasize full of large potholes usually filled with water and mud which will sink your van up to the wheels. The bathrooms are totally un maintained and not a scrap of toilet paper or hand towels in the place, there aren’t even holders for either much less any paper. Filth and dirt accumulated on the floors and walls of both the stalls and the building to the point where I used the facility once and decided not to use it again. My best advice, find a different RV park.
Bad area, but close to French Quarter

Park is clean but old and run down. Spots are concrete, VERY small with no overflow parking area. Barely fit out 36 ft TT, no room to park tow vehicle on site. Has no bathhouses (knew that before arriving). There is a security gate (without this we wouldn't have stayed) as it is in a bad neighborhood. Several RV's appear to be permanent residents. Park is next to train tracks, it's noisy & almost constant train traffic vibrates campers! Never seen any staff, however sign says they live on site. Paid by envelope through slot.
