Very rough park. Not worth $36.50 night. Would stay at Walmart before coming back here.

Access to the park is good. Signage is hardly noticeable. Look for the Maxey Care Car Wash The RV Park is behind the car wash . The interior roads are a sparse bit of grave on a dirt path. The park office is midway to the end of the lots. It also houses the Laundry ($1.50 for wash and $1.50 for dry) and two unisex bathrooms. The office is not always open but a phone number is given if you need service. The Laundry area is always open. Our site, 21, was a pull through and it consisted of a sprinkle of gravel on a weed covered piece of dirt. The utilities, power, water and sewer were mid way. This park is unique in that the utilities serve two sites If you want your nose north or south you have access to services on the left either way. The sites are reasonably wide and quite long. They are not all flat but not too un-level either. It seems the park was just thrown together with out a lot of thought.Just across the road is a Rail Road track. The whistle blows long and loud and when a heavy freight went through we could feel our coach shake. At two AM I thought the engine was coming right through the coach! The internet was good late at night but when folks got home from work it sucked. OTA TV was adequate. We were the only transients in the park during our two day stay. All others are long term. Having said that, most sites were reasonably free of clutter but many needed to be power washed. We paid $37.50 per night and feel we were almost robbed. This is more like a $15.00 park. We were hear to visit the Historic “Easy Rider Cafe” site, the Point Coupee Parish Museum and The Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville. We would stay at the Walmart rather than come back here.
Safe, clean and great site size

Nice sites, clean, well run. WiFi, water, sewage and power so nice place to set up. Spent a month there while doing medical test. Quiet, so was able to rest, and large field for walking our two fur-babies. Management was always very helpful, we are new at RVing so needed some questions answered and they were willing to take time with me.
