I did find my spot and electrical boxes do not have shuts offs so be careful. 50 Amp service was good though. Lots of trees so satellite can be an issue. Internet worked fine. Town was a few more miles up the road and had a few places to eat and fuel. The bath house/toilet was non working so you need to use your own facilities. Lots of FT residents it seems and the do like to BBQ most days so if you don't like smoke this may not be the place for you. Most seemed friendly. There was some road noise but when I was there my AC/heat was running so was not an issue for me. This worked for me as I needed a rest traveling x-country.

We found this place through PA. Sounded nice and it was 10 miles from I10, so we thought it’d be nice and quiet. It didn’t live up to our expectations. There’s a very active train track fairly close and the state highway that is near is also very actively traveled. The sites are crammed close together. All roads and sites are dirt/gravel. There are a bunch of folks with stuff piled around their site. And although the restroom facilities looked and smelled clean, they were old and very worn - thankfully we didn’t need them.

We had notified the office of our late arrival, so we were given our site#. (The traffic on I-10 from Beaumont is terrible right now due to construction) We arrived just after dark. It was a pull-thru site, so we got set up pretty quickly. It had FHU and was level. The next morning we went to the office to register. The woman was very nice. There is a laundry room attached to the office with a few washers/dryers. There is also a change machine. There is WiFI and our Verizon signal was about 2 bars of 4G. There is a small building with a single shower room for men and one for women. It was fairly clean, but I opted to shower in our own rig. There is a small fishing pond, but we were told it only has perch. No picnic tables or fire rings. The sites are pretty close. There are trains that run nearby. It seems that a lot of people live here. It wasn't a terrible place, but we would probably stay elsewhere if in the area again.
