This place is a Passport America RV park. The park has an aggressive entrance from the south. Looks as though a few years ago some money was put into the place. They say they have a bunch of things but they don't really. The internet in the area is horrible. Park WiFi is like first version DSL. You will not get service from any carrier out here. Place has a boat launch, kids playground, swim area(did not try), fuel and LP, and a convenient store. None of the sites are level. If it rains, you will be flooded in as we were. Had to wait for it to dry up took hours. The only light in all this darkness was the generous host. He tried to make things the best he could for our setup and stay. The things he could help/control were great but the park is in need of repair badly. If you have a trailer and want off grid to fish, hunt, or r&r, this place is alright. Small town Homer, will take you back to Mayberry minus some poverty of a town that once had a working class. 1 - 2 bar cell service there. Logging is big money here. county Road coming in have step hills. We have service with all carriers and only Verizon picked up 3g that was unusable.
