This is nothing more than a parking lot with spacing as close as you could possibly make it, with slide outs encroaching on the next space. It is filled with long term trailers, a lot of construction workers, who seem to spend the majority of their off time drinking, smoking, making noise and being totally inconsiderate and rude. Zero wifi, the noise from the Interstate traffic is obnoxious and it is located right next to a giant flea market that is open on weekends, filled with people that like flea markets. Several of our friends had stayed here in the past so we could get together, but none have wanted to come back, their description of the place is "it sucks", and it does. Grandma's is a last resort, bail out place to stay.

Loved the donkeys in the adjacent field and the flea market was convenient to peruse. Way too many political flags which gave the place an aggressive vibe.
We liked all the rules - no rowdies here!!

Pull through spots are gravel, level and long enough for MH & toad or long 5th wheels & truck. They are VERY narrow though so be careful pulling in and out - and don't expect to put awnings out. That is what kept this place from getting 5 stars. Hookups are convenient with good water, water pressure and power. There is a rest room/shower house which is very small (one seater and two showers), but we used our own. The interstate noise is there but pretty constant so it was tolerable. Yes there are lots of rules and signs, I suspect those who want to break rules would have issues with them, but they were just fine with us. Typical campground wifi - never could connect, but had good AT&T and Verizon signals. Very nicely located with so many things to do in all directions. We will definitely stay hear again, on our way back north in the spring.
Very unpleasant experience

Yes there’s a $25 deposit per campsite. There are signs all over the property with numerous rules. The owner doesn’t like dogs. He drives around watching people to make sure they pick up after their dog. The only “allowed “ dog walking area is outside the campground along a road. The road has lots of traffic on the weekend due to a flea market. The owner came to our trailer and yelled using profanity because he didn’t think we picked up after our dog. It was a horrible experience and we will never go back!

There isn't a check-in parking area, but when we pulled up with our big motorhome, someone came out of the office and told us which site to go to, and we went and paid her after getting set up. Our gravel pull-through was easy to get into and very level, and utilities worked well. AT&T and Verizon both worked well. We knew going in that the park is not dog friendly, and the many warning signs about immediate eviction without refund for any infraction (e.g. dogs can't pee on any plants, shrubs, etc.) reinforced the fact. We found a few local neighborhood streets to walk our dog on, which was fine for an overnight stay. Despite the dog situation, we'd stay here again overnight if the location is convenient, but wouldn't stay more than one night. For those without a dog, the park might be a little better.
Okay park for a Overnight stay
