They also accept Good Sam and other clubs. The campground consists of gravel pads (many pull through spots) with grassy areas. There isn't a large amount of space between sites, however the place is quiet and peaceful, even when full on the weekends. Our site (18) was lovely with a small bridge that leads to the picnic table and fire ring. We would definitely request Site 17 or 18 the next time we stay. Some sites are water electric only while most have full hookups. The park is well laid out and easy to navigate even with a big rig.The campground is just a few minutes off I-65 (take exit 53 for the easiest access). Only 15 minutes to the main Visitor Center at Mammoth Cave, this is a perfect jumping off point for many area attractions such as Dinosaur World.Cellular service was fine with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. No booster needed. The uploads were a little slow, however we had no trouble streaming Netflix, Hulu, etc.The owners of the campground are so friendly! They go above and beyond for their guests. We were confronted by another camper during our stay and the owners promptly resolved the matter and checked back in with us later to fill us in on the issue. The owners clearly take pride in their campground and it shows! This is an excellent place to come for a relaxing vacation. There are no full time residents and it is not a rowdy, party campground. There is a catch and release pond stocked with fish. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Mammoth Cave.

Some are not as level as others, but most of them are quite good. The pad is gravel. Reservations were made over the phone and did not require a deposit - just an assurance that we would let them know if we weren't going to make it. The owners live on site and are very friendly. There is a lending library in the office along with ladder golf, basketballs, volleyballs, etc. to play with. There is propane available near the office, also. This is not a resort-style campground, but there is open land to walk a dog, a pond to fish in, and convenient to both the freeway and Mammoth Cave. This is our 2nd stay there and we would not hesitate to come back.Verizon bandwidth was fine for streaming video, uploading photos.

Our reservation was for only two nights but we decided we liked it so much we asked for an additional night. DJ was awesome, friendly and helpful. We also met some incredibly nice neighbors, Mike and Moe! Even though the small park was half full, it was peaceful and very quiet and we had very good WiFi. Would definitely recommend.

Cave City has a great laundromat connected to car wash, fast food, restaurants, fuel. A bit further is Glasgow for Walmart & Kroger groceries. Anything more you can travel 40mi to Bowling Green. Nice accomodating staff, camp far enough off the local highway that noise was negligible. The sites are gravel & grass on the sides, with pull throughs & back-ins, but are a bit too close for 'spreading out'. Unfortunately during the time we were there (Halloween) it rained off/on and was cold at night (arrival & departure in the rain). Some sites had drainage problems, and ours never really dried out. Those conditions coupled with the weather forced us to spend more time inside the camper and touring the attractions rather than any camp fire time. Lots of green grassy field for dogs to walk through. Pond for fishing and good drives & dump station. Restrooms/showers looked good....what's that saying(?) "you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig!". Current modern tiled walls & floors but the outside could use some TLC. The worst was the bugs sharing your shower! Cockroaches galore when turning on the shower; consequently we opted for our camper's shower.

So close to mammoth cave and close to shopping and great Mexican food. We stayed in a water and electric site right next to the barn. This place i has beautiful trees and is very well kept. The owner is a true southern gentleman in all the best ways. The showers and bath were always spotless with plenty of hot water.

Shot a reservation request based on the Google and Campendium reviews. NOT disappointed. Within an hour, Eldon responded that he made us a reservation. No deposit needed....they work on the honor system and only ask that if your plans change, to let them know as soon as possible. How fantastic is that!?!What is most striking is the open feel of the park. It's so well manicured and has an open, comfortable, and inviting feeling. We had a huge amount of room between site 41 to our left and less so with our neighbors in site 43 but, still, open, comfortable and inviting. Power: 50A/30/20 at our site. 50A tested fine at 123/4v per line, 60Hz - no issues.Water: Good pressure. Water was clean. Dump: at the site with two receivers about 8ft apart. Access: It was fine with our 43' rig towing a 22ft trailer. They have a turnaround in the back when it's time to leave but if someone is at the dump station, you'll have to wait as there wasn't enough room to turn around for us before the loop. Even the loop is tighter for our size rig so we hit the grass in the turn. No problems. Why 5-stars. It was the friendliness and hometown feel of Eldon the owner and his graciousness. Super friendly. They information sheets and rules are well organized and clear and concise. They even recommend places to dine and see. This park rose above so many amenity-rich parks but which were either crowded or came with staff grumpiness. Not here. We loved it!

Sewer hookup was half way down the site and elec/water at the back. Eldon was very nice at check in and gives you lots of info on the area. Price reflects our good Sam discount. WiFi was about as good as most RV parks which isn’t great. We had good Verizon service. Did not check out the bath house. No laundry or pool. Our site was at the end of a one way road so when we unhooked our jeep we had a choice of going the wrong way on the road or over the grass to get out. Overall nice but I don’t see it as a 5 star. It was quiet at night.

I booked this RV Park because of campendium reviews. Honestly there is no way this is a 5 star spot. It’s average at best. The biggest PRO is the huge grassy lawn. If you stay in site 44 or 37 you will have the largest lawn space you’ll ever see in RV park. Which is great for dogs. And overallThe sites are pretty spacious.Being close to the park is a big win too.The not so great: would be NO laundry room. Which as a full timer I took for granted that every park we’ve ever stayed at had laundry and didn’t do a load before coming here. So laundromat visit it was. Also cell signal is WEAK! We had a challenging few days working. And dropped calls and WiFi often. The bathroom is old. Clean but old.I’m surprised that previous reviews are so high...it is decent spot but don’t expect to be wowed. And FYI cave is not fully open due to Covid. Just a small section as of 10/20/20

He was great about showing us other sites, and I highly recommend the site we ended up on -21- because it was next to the cute little lake referenced elsewhere. However, the site had not been checked for litter and we had to begin by removing a flattened beer can and plastic debris. There was also one large piece of debris in the pond that could have been easily removed. With those caveats, the site was lovely, the owner has a free dvd lending library, he offered to loan me a power cable and hose because the connections on 21 are on the passenger side, the rest rooms were clean and the location relative to Mammoth Park was superb. Wifi and cell signal were weak but present.

Our overall experience here was very good, but forgive me a few minor complaints. We arrived after an extremely heavy rain storm, after days of rain. He had to have known that the site he was sending us to was flooded, but sent us there anyway. It was only after partially backing in and checking the site - which we should have done fully before backing- that we realized it was untenable. He did readily agree to move us to a different site, but that should have been proactive in such a small campground. When we got to the new site we found a crushed beer can and minor plastic refuse on this site. While the campground is generally clean, site inspection before the next arrival is standard practice. The site we ended up on, 21, is next to a pond and is a lovely site, although the hook ups are on the wrong side of the trailer. Eldon was very generous in offering any extra hoses or cables we needed to finalize the set up. There is weak Wi-Fi and only one bar for att. Proximity to Mammoth Cave could not be better. He kindly gives out a list of things to do in the area, and maintains a free lending library of DVDs!. The bathrooms are clean and are being updated now. I would definitely stay here again.

If you travel to Glasgow though, it's a nice little town. The owner is very nice and has a great write up of good area restaurants and stores to visit. He suggested we try a Little Taste of Texas in Glasgow, and was an excellent recommendation for our family -- excellent food, great prices, and very friendly staff. The campground is super cute with well-laid out sites, neatly mown grass, and gravel roads. There is a big field for kids to run on and a little pond to fish. The bathroom are older but clean. There's even an invitation to turn on the heater in the bathroom. We traveled a road and came upon a ferry. There was quite a line and it was a one-car ferry, so we turned around. I found out afterward, that had we taken that ferry we would have come upon an Amish country store. If we ever make it back here, I'm going on that ferry to that store! We went into the farmer's market Saturday morning and happened upon a massive antique car show. All in all a very successful stay! Not all campgrounds do this, I've noticed. This is a fairly small campground. Sites are decent size, but not huge. Ours was pretty level but a bit muddy from recent rain. It was very quiet, but we weren't there over a weekend. We had a bit of trouble with our electric hookup. Eldon, was on it immediately. Even loaned us an extension cord so we could plug into the site next to us. The best part is Singing Hills is a quick 15-20 minute drive into Mammoth Cave National Park. So the location is awesome. Grocery and a few restaurants in Cave City, not too far away.

The site we were placed on was slightly off-level where we chose to park (due to tree roots). There were pull-through (which we had) and back-in spots. There were several tent campers sharing the campground for our night. There is a dump station for those who do not get a full hook-up site (seen in photos already posted to site).I cannot comment on the cleanliness or quality of the bath house, as I did not use the facility during our stay. It appeared to be an older building from the outside, but the kindness and attention of the staff on site would lead me to believe it would be kept clean. They light up the wagon wheels at the camp entrance to aid with finding the park after dark along the park access road. In town (Cave City) restaurants and shopping are just a short distance away, with a Walmart in Glasgow, about another 9 miles down the same road (measured from the interstate in Cave City).

We were in a 50amp site for $20/night (with discount), which was well worth the money! The spots are pretty close together with no privacy trees or bushes in-between, but the campers were friendly so it wasn't bad at all. There's even a small catch and release fishing pond! It was peaceful and quiet here and the town was a bit quirky and unique. Besides going to Mammoth Cave, the area is really remote so there's not much else to do. If we come back to this area, we'd stay at the park again! Blog Post: https://www.travelswithletwinkie.com/blog/2018/7/2/3-months-on-the-road-recap-of-the-places-weve-traveled-to

Elden at the office was very sweet and thorough. We had quite a few campers stop by n visit which we thought was fun. We would recommend Singing Hills and we will come back, we'd luv to even stay longer. Thank you.

The location was easy to find about 5 miles off I-65 and all roads leading up to the campsite were fine for our 42' class a pulling a Chevy Traverse. Check-in was quick and easy and by the time I had the toad unhitched, my wife had already checked us in. We stayed with friends who had a popup, so they were on a 30amp site and we were on a 50amp site. Our friends beat us there and mistakenly set up camp on our 50amp site. The owner was incredibly nice and wanted to make sure my power cord could still reach the 50amp outlet, which it did. The campsites are a little close together, but that didn't bother us at all. There was a huge field where our kids could play as well as a set of swings. The office also has fishing poles you can borrow to fish in their small pond. The wifi was the best we have ever had at a campsite. The campground was pretty full, but the speeds were still good. We did not use the bathroom facilities, so I can't say how nice or clean they were. A great little campground for exploring the cave and the hiking trails around the cave.

This is your basic RV Park. Its main draw is its close proximity to Mammoth Cave National Park. There are no special amenities at this campground. They expect you to go out and do things elsewhere. The couple who run the place are extremely nice and welcoming. Check in was quick. There are DVDs in the campground office that you can borrow on the honor system. The roads are paved, sites are mostly level and pull through, although it appeared a few could be a challenge. 50 Amp power and water were good. There is sewer at the sites also. Sites are a bit closer than you might like. But then again, they expect you to be at Mammoth Cave during the day.Over the air television was good from Bowling Green. Verizon signal was excellent. The WiFi at the campground worked really well...but the place was nearly empty. You might have issues during the high season. We stayed here because the campgrounds at the National Park are closed in February. That would have been our first choice. But this campground made an excellent alternative.
