This KOA was quiet as it’s not right next to an interstate. The staff are very friendly. Our site was level. The campground is hilly; we were in a pull through up top so we could stay connected. AT&T cell service fine.

  • Passing through and needed a place to work and do laundry.

Great wifi (perfect for working), full hookups to complete the laundry task. Pleasant surroundings with lots of trees and a place to walk the dogs. There is also a dog run (although we did not take advantage of it) which is nice for the pets. Spaces are close together and our 45' DP and jeep just barely squeezed in to our site. It is what it is, but if you need a clean, well kept place with good wifi and is pet friendly in western Kentucky to spend a night or two this might just meet your needs.

As stated, sites on top, as you come in, are best for bigger rigs. Our 36' with toad fit in fine. There's new gravel around all the road and sites. We were able to level ok, but the picnic table was on a slant. I was amazed at how strong and clear the cable signal was. Also, I had good signal from Verizon and the WIFI over 20Mbps....moreAs stated, sites on top, as you come in, are best for bigger rigs. Our 36' with toad fit in fine. Got in our spot ok. Friendly old couple were camp hosts. Very steep roads so big rigs had trouble. A pond for fishing. Bathrooms were really bad.

Stopped on our way back from Florida. Just needed a place for the night. This site was fine, don’t know about down the hill. Bathrooms were fine. Office is being remodeled. Can’t speak for the pool. It was still winter.

Additionally one of the shower heads sprays water up onto the standard florescent light, darn right scary and unsafe! Unlevel lots and never did get leveled. No workable wifi, reserved full hookups but none available when we got there. KOA standards have really dropped and this is one of those parks that highlight that fact.

This campsite is very disappointing for s KOA..sites are really small and awkward....especially as you go down the hill as they are arranged in a tier formation.I felt sorry for the bigger rigs that had to try get down the hill. The owners are old and frankly the old guy supervising the RV parking should not be doing this job anymore......moreThis campsite is very disappointing for s KOA..sites are really small and awkward....especially as you go down the hill as they are arranged in a tier formation.I felt sorry for the bigger rigs that had to try get down the hill. The owners are old and frankly the old guy supervising the RV parking should not be doing this job anymore...his judgment is awful and dangerous and unfortunately he is rude and impatient as well. The showers and toilets were in an appalling condition.Definately do not think I shall ever go there again!!!

This is a pretty old KOA park and as such very limited in site options for bigger rigs. I highly suggest that if you are coming to this park with a bigger rig, call so they can reserve the space for you. The best and only sites for big rigs will be on top of the hill in the A section. I highly suggest that if you are coming to this park with a bigger rig, call so they can reserve the space for you. The best and only sites for big rigs will be on top of the hill in the A section. As far as spaces go, its kind of a tiered system set down a hill and I think anything of a bigger trailer will not be able to go down the hill. With a 27 foot, I may have hit the bumper going down, but luckily I had D1 which is a easy in/easy out site. Owners are nice and accommodating.Note the sign to the entrance is set back from the road, I personally passed it once and then the road in is one lane.Verizon was fast.
