This RV park does cater more to the longterm residents (there were a lot who seemed to be here for quite a while), but they still accept and have spots for those coming to stay for short stays as well. We came here to see the city (we have family history here to visit), so we wanted something close, and this place did the job. The management was very nice, the RV park is very quiet. The prices seemed reasonable and since we stayed longer than we expected, they switched us to the weekly rate. Our Internet speed (which we rely heavily on) was very fast and we never had any issues with it.The only downsides to consider: There is a VERY loud train that comes by at all times of the day and night. The horn was enough to wake us up in the night. I highly recommend white noise. There is not much to the sites themselves. Small worn down concrete pads, no tables or firepit areas. There is a laundry room that worked just fine (and prices were decent), however it wasn't kept up very well in cleanliness. The 30 amp electric seemed ok, the 50amp had some issues, but we relied more on our own electric.Any ways, it was an ok place for us. The noise of the train was the biggest downside for us, but the close proximity to the city and nice people around made it a good experience still.
