Great place for an overnighter. Gravel parking. 50 amp or 30 amp plus water and sewer. Can’t beat the price at $22

We were looking for an inexpensive campsite with hookups and this fit the bill. It is basically a gravel lot with no shade, tables, etc. No frills, but with the temperature at 102 at 7pm, we very much appreciated the ability to power our A/C.

We spent part of the day hiking at Little Jerusalem Badlands State Park, so this park was the closest option to stay. We knew from the time we reserved that we were basically going to be staying in the parking lot outside the Inn, and that was true. When we arrived and checked in at the Inn, the gentleman working was very nice and said we could come over for breakfast in the morning for an extra $5 if we wanted. The campsites were not full, so he let us choose which one we wanted of any of the remaining sites. Some were full of puddles from the previous days of rain, so we chose site 12, which didn't have much standing water. Though not the most picturesque location, it gave us everything we needed at the most affordable price we experienced throughout our trip. We were able to rest very comfortably on a hot evening with our full hookups and were able to fill up/empty out before being without hookups for a handful of days. Even though there were a few other RVs on the grounds, I don't think most of them were occupied. The ones that were full seemed to be occupied with quiet campers, so we didn't hear anything (including road or hotel noise) all evening. We slept well and were able to get on the road early the next morning. Our hope with camping is to stay in places with more ambience, hence my answer of not camping here again in the future, but we really did love the affordable price and felt very safe while we stayed.

The people in the lobby were very friendly. The price included breakfast which was homemade biscuits and gravy, egg casserole, cereals (hot and cold), coffee, juice, yogurt and more. The downside is the adjacent road is quite busy and the spots are really small. I'd recommend staying as far off-road as possible. Great for a short stay. They have an outdoor pool in summer months which my kids would have loved.

Pool empty because of leaks last year, no power where we landed but switched over to the empty space next to us. In the evening it was cool enough to turn off the air and open the windows, but couldn’t because of the cow manure stench.Very basic but good on a budget for a short time.
