We stayed 3 nights and every morning it seemed to empty out almost totally, then by late afternoon it was full again. The gentleman that staffs the office was very friendly, the office was okay, laundry room very clean. The campground looks a bit rundown for a KOA. Goodland, KS is a cute small town with wide roads, take the time to drive into the residential areas...beautiful flowers in early June. Not much to see or do but the town is trying...with the museum, trail, and largest easel. We were on a long level pull-thru site, 64, and it was definitely one of the worst sites we have seen for being on top of your neighbors, but since our neighbors were gone the next morning it worked out. Our picnic table was maybe 2' from the next door neighbors slide out room, you could hear their conversations. Use Exit 19 off the interstate as it is closest to the campground. Our $45/night price reflects the KOA rewards discount.

The campground was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. We didn't use the laundry room and the swimming pool was closed for the season. They had a dog run that was bigger than most and a large field in the back that you could throw the ball with your dog and play. We would defiantly come back to this campground. Not sure what there is to do in Goodland, but we seen some gas stations and fast food restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. Near the worlds largest easel. The owner is friendly and helpful. Our site backed up to a field. They have a small pool. Level sites . Clean bathrooms. Som street noise . We will stay again if passing through.

Very conveniently located right off 70, very clean and complete facilities, including laundry. The pool was very refreshing on this very hot day. The stuff was very nice. Free WiFi available. We rated the site quality a four only because we didn’t have a lot of shade.Highly recommend it.

Needed a quick overnight and knew we would get in after closing. Called and made a reservation via phone about 2 hours before office closed. Arrived to find after hours check-in paperwork, site was easy to find and perfect for our van. Cool and quiet night, clean restrooms and showers.

I can see they’re doing work here. But for the 41 paid for a WE site it’s too much. Crowded. Tight. We were packed in and had to really plan on how the heck we would get out. Just seems odd

We have made a point not to stay in KOA campgrounds on our travels because we haven't liked any of them until now. This one has new owners who are not only very nice and helpful but the pride in their ownership definitely shows. The camp office and store is well stocked with information, supplies, food necessities, ice, and gifts. The bathrooms and laundry facilities are spotlessly clean and there is a nice book exchange in the laundry room. The grounds, playground area, and pool are well maintained. They are in the process of rebuilding the miniature golf course. The wifi is one of the best we've used on our travels. The town, places to eat, and a Walmart are just a couple of miles down the street. The nearby, small Prairie Museum is worth the visit. There isn't any traffic noise from the interstate, just a bit from Hwy 24 but not bothersome and not at all with A/C on. Good TV reception and Verizon cell phone service.
