  • Conveniently located off I-70

We chose this RV Park because of the reviews. It is conveniently off I-70, but with that is the highway noise but it didn’t keep us awake. We called ahead, the host met us & escorted us to our site. The rows of sites are somewhat tiered & we were on Deer Bluff.

Hosts were super nice and led us to our site. There is electric, water and sewer at all sites. Also a picnic table, small trees that were recently planted and a small grassy area. WiFi was good and I had great Verizon reception. There is a laundry room with extra large washers and dryers that cost $2 to wash and $2 to dry but the dryers were super hot so I didn’t need the whole time allotted. There is an ironing board and iron in there if you need to touch things up and table for folding. There was a gathering room with two large tables and chairs to sit at and a large screen tv with satellite service to watch while your clothes are washing. The bathroom/showers were the cleanest free bathrooms I have ever seen and they even provide a clean bath mat for each person to use! There is the small town of Chapman just a few miles south of the RV park that has a gas station and a small grocery store. The only drawback is the noise from the highway but it seemed to quiet down during the night and we both slept well.

  • Easy to find, friendly park
