I would have given 4 stars except for the $10 early check in fee. Site says check in is 2 PM....no mention od a penalty for early arrival. WiFi is so-so and drops out. Some people do not pick up their dog poop or cigarette butts. I will not stay here again. No weekly rate and they charge extra for Friday and Saturday night.

Also said I could get a much later checkout for a low price. Spot #55 was on the inside edge of a loop and I felt that the water and electric hookups could have been placed a little closer together, and further back for my teardrop. I didn’t use the water or sewer hookup, so I can’t say anything about it. The gravel site was level. There was no picnic table at my site but it wasn’t a problem for me. My site had puddles from the rain, but it was mostly not a problem. The dog park was great. The pool was inviting but I didn’t try it. There was some sort of recreational area just beyond the dog park, but I didn’t visit it either. Laundry facilities were large. The women’s restroom was clean despite a crowded campground. The sites were a little closer together than I liked, but I didn’t notice any rowdy neighbors, so it must not have been that bad. It is really a lovely park, with trees, areas to congregate outside of your own site, and a store onsite with water, ice, cleaning supplies, etc. I’ll visit there again.

Super convenient when traveling on the i20 but very noisy road and residents who wake early and leave with noisy trucks.

There are many fulltime residents here who must work locally but all were very quiet.Easy access on/off I-20 and very little road noise during the day and non at night. We really enjoyed our stay at this park and would not hesitate to recommend it and we would stay again if in the area.
