Credit card not charged until after check in. Upon arrival to park, called from cellphone and was given turn by turn directions to site. Streets in park are paved and plenty wide. Site was concrete with grass between sites and a decent amount of space. Also a gravel area next to road between concrete pads to park vehicles. Didn’t get information for wifi. Clean bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms, game room, and some workout equipment. Small pond located on property. Campground is close to a bike path. One of the nicest campgrounds I’ve ever stayed in for 30/night for full hook ups. 100% would stay here again if in the area. There was some train noise, but easily taken care of with a fan on the nightstand at bedtime.

Awesome paved pads. No picnic table or fire pit but the property makes up for it. $30 for full hook-ups was a steal! Lots of full-timers. Game room was nice and our kids even saw horses. We biked around the property and went fishing.

Our sight backed up to a humongous grass field where our dogs played and we enjoyed walking. Our site was in a spoke wheel pattern so there was a ton of space between us and the sites on either side. Many full timers, more like local workers than retirees but very clean campsites very quiet people. The little clubhouse was newer and very cute- pool table pin ball game table shuffle board laundry nice bathroom shower area. We hit three local wineries within 30 minutes of there. Can’t say anything negative for our last minute stay here.

Tons of open space, nice little pave trail in the park around a small pond with water features. It is also on a huge paved bike trail. I suspect covid made the check in unique. You call upon arrival and over the phone are escorted to your site. You don’t sign a credit card payment, get a welcome packet, etc. the office is actually at the neighbors feed/horse ranch. My guess is the owners of the RV lot owns both and just consolidated admin operations over there. That is where you go to get your mail too. Super quiet. Most are long-term folks that leave early for work. I would stay here again.

We only stayed here overnight but we were blown away at the place . Sites were generally large and well spaced out. Our back in site was long enough we did not unhook our 43’ fifth wheel and had space to park our car also.

  • A nice refuge in a storm!
