The grounds are not particularly well kept up, and they try to offer a multitude of services they think city-folks will pay extra for - wine, homemade jams, fudge - but they miss what is a great selling point - the grounds have adorable little rabbits running around like a children's zoo. We stayed here for two nights as a place to recharge and reprovision between campgrounds in the Olympic National Forest and the North Cascades National Park. It filled that need, but not a place I would want to stay any longer.
Great park, lots to offer!

We got one day free with our week and also 10% discount. We were in site 6 (perhaps 7) which we really liked! We were in a section all alone and private. It was in the woods with beautiful mature trees, was very quiet, pull through, gravel and grass, with FHU, 30/50 amp and Wifi. There were quite a few Wifi repeaters but it would come and go. This park as a pool, hot tub, playground, bar, restaurant, winery and lots of bunnies! We enjoyed the bar, restaurant and winery. The laundry and restrooms were very clean. All the staff was very friendly! There isn’t much shopping close by. There are quite a few different types and size sites and cabins. There is also horseback riding available.

All up it was a great RV resort.

We arrived late in the afternoon/evening on Saturday and the host was kind enough to show us over to a pull thru. The RV spots are close together so if it were busy I'd say privacy would be on the lower side. There are fire pits but there was also a burn notice so no chance to try one out. The area is clean and pretty level. We liked that there was a restaurant and a bar on site as that made it a little easier for us. The restaurant is basic, burgers, steak and sandwiches. If they have the pizza soup, well you have to have it. The bar is actually at the back of the park and in a basement so you have to do a little hunting to find it. It has a wood fire and a pool table so also basic but cozy-ish. Would stay again to explore some trails or as an overnight w/hookups.

It is only a few miles from the first ranger station and about 25 min to a visitor center. Many of the RV spots were set in old growth forest and were pretty empty during our stay. The staff was really nice/helpful and we understand the park was recently taken over by new ownership who has renovated the bathrooms/cabins. There was even a game room/exercise room and a hot tub. The showers were very nice and free. Laundry was available and affordable ($1.50 wash, $1.00 dry).We paid $29/night but then got the 7th night free for staying a week. There was tax added on top.The spots themselves are gravel. Some are level, some are not. Also, some have trees hanging too low for larger rigs, but the staff were flexible and allowed us to pick a spot that was an easy pull through for our 30ft Fifth Wheel. The highway coming into the park is nice and easy.We have ATT and work on the road. Cell service was non-existent at the campground. Closest ATT signal was in Marblemount or Arlington. The resort has WiFi but we found it spotty at our spot (located in back forest). However, if we walked up the road to the main resort area, the WiFi was pretty reliable. We were able to manage work.We ate at the Eatery restaurant on site - it was delicious and affordable! We did not make it over to the winery.

There is an exercise/game room with wi-fi and a high def TV. The gym includes free weights, a treadmill, elliptical trainer, mini basketball game, foosball and arcade games. The shower/bathrooms are spotless and there is a laundry room with brand new washers ($1.50 per load) and gas dryers ($1 per load). There are themed cabins, lots of RV spaces, a restaurant and apparently a winery and eucalyptus spa room on the way. We just happened to find this spot when other campgrounds near North Cascades NP were full. The tent sites are virtually unlimited with only a trashcan onsite, but located on a beautiful river. The tent sites are surrounded by old growth forest and lush ferns. We were happy to walk the gravel road to cross the street onto the main campus to use the shower and game room.
