It’s mostly what you would expect from a nice park - clean, level sites, amenities. It’s beautifully landscaped with many trees and birds. The laundry is connected to the office and it closes at 5pm along with the office, which is not convenient. The office accepts packages for guests, which is very helpful. It is NOISY - the Highway right next door has truck traffic all day and night using air brakes. We’d stay here again if needed, but not for so long.

When we arrived, we set to work on getting the slides out and and the RV leveled. We had originally reserved site #9, which offered some challenged in getting level. There was also one tree on the site, that prevented us from putting the awning out.We went into the office to check in and see if it was possible for us to move 2 sites over to #7. They were very helpful and flexible with our need to move. Once we made that move the RV leveled and all slides and awnings were available to us.The sites are very clean and well maintained. The bathroom and shower facilities are also very clean and well maintained. They offer a shuttle to take campers to Broadway for just $10/person. The shuttle runs on scheduled and communication around expectations was very clear.Firewood at the KOA was pretty expensive. We paid $10/bundle, and the wood available on our visit was cedar. As you can imagine we burned through a bundle in about an hour. The second day we checked around and found a firewood business about 30 minutes away. Nashville Firewood was a bit muddy, but luckily we had 4 wheel drive to venture back into the property and load up.Overall, great stay. Will be back again, and this time bring family to stay in one of the nice cabins they have available.

To camp and be close to Nashville, you aren’t going to do better. This is a KOA resort so it has all those amenities and is definitely kid friendly. We stopped for 1 night on our way home. They took us to our very level site and helped us get lined up for the hook-ups. It was raining when we got there and raining when we left. Thankfully, the connections were close and it didn’t take me too long. The park drains well so we weren’t slopping in water at the site or pulling out.Granted, the cost of staying here is up there. But if you are wanting close in, you pay the premium.Yes, it is close to Briley Parkway. But, we didn’t think the road noise was that prevalent. Much worse during the day than at night. We’ll probably use this as our preferred spot on trips to Nashville in the future.

The only negative was that there’s a lot of worker traffic on golf carts and it can get kind of loud. Had to apologize for noise a few times on work calls but nothing major. Overall a great stay. We loved it.

We're understandably a bit packed-in in the monthly area (north end of park). My one complaint is the incessant freeway noise, but I'm pretty close to it in my spot. Being so close to the river bridge doesn't help as trucks tend to boom over the bridge joints and then engine brake on the slope down. It is definitely quieter as you get away from it, though. The park itself is quiet, in terms of residents, etc. Pool and hot tub area is great. Staff is exceptional and professional. Verizon and Sprint data both work well for VPN and streaming. Add 8 minutes to go anywhere north or west because of the excessively long frontage road situation. Planet Fitness and groceries are 10-15 minutes away.

We were passing through Nashville on our way back from North Carolina, and wanted to enjoy the city. This KOA is very clean, with lots of things to do on property. They had a great little dog park that allowed our pups to get some good exercise before we headed to Broadway for the day. The best perk of all was the $10 shuttle to Broadway. It picked up at the campground on the hour. Parking on Broadway is limited and VERY expensive, so this was perfect for us. We've stayed in hotels in Nashville in the past, but we will probably always go this route in the future. It's too convenient. Even though this is an expensive campground, it's a fraction of what it would cost for a hotel near Broadway.

Nice crowd.Lots of restaurants nearby and at the Opry Mills Mall. We don't have a toad so we rented a car for the 3 days we were there- you definitely need transportation in Nashville. Saw shows at Grand Ole Opry & Ryman, took the General Jackson Showboat dinner cruise, went to Andrew Jackson's Hermitage, Johnny Cash museum, and even squeezed in a trip to Antique Archaeology. We would recommend any or all of those. Looking forward to returning to Nashville. No reason not to stay at this KOA again but I would probably book any of the RV parks nearby.

My default when I'm in a time crunch is always KOA, knowing there will be a shower, lame wifi, and an office with someone behind a desk who can tell me, fast, how to see what I came to see in the area. If you've got limited time to enjoy Nashville, this is an option if you aren't planning to hang around enjoying the scenery at the campground. The KOA is part of small cluster of camping opportunities a long way from downtown where the action is; about 15-ish miles away (though the KOA is located very near the new site of the Grand Ole Opry House). The concierge at her tourist desk in the lobby will hook you up with tour packages and/or "Jerry's" downtown shuttle service that picks you up from the KOA and drops you off behind famous Ryman Auditorium (only $10, round trip). From there, walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash museum, the Goo Goo shop, and all the honkytonks playing live music in The District. Stagger back to the Ryman to catch the shuttle home to your campsite.I ditched the dog in the Airstream and didn't come back to the KOA until 1am (the shuttle runs until 2:30am on Saturday). I didn't even unhitch, and left the next morning by 7am. Sorry no photos! It was a nice KOA.

Even on the big side with on side mostly "premium pull throughs" with cement pads and patio furniture and the other gravel back ins. The central building was nice with laundry and a pool table and they were building what will probably be a sweet pool by next summer. If you can't get into the Seven Points CG, it'll get the job done.

It is easy to get to many of Nashville's most famous spots and it was pretty easy to find from the highway. This is a very packed in KOA. It has lots of amenities like a life-sized chess set. I can see how families would enjoy all of the extra things to keep children occupied. Navigating the park in a large rig is a challenge. You need to really pay attention to the roads they recommend using in and out of the park.
