The friendly host greeted us upon arrival and lead us to our spot. Sites are fairly close together as one might expect with a traditional RV park. No long term squatters. It is a smaller RV park that was nice and quite. FYI.... there is a FREE BLM boat launch and camping area along the river's edge adjacent to this property with several picnic tables and fire rings. Just worth a mention if you are not concerned about having full hookups and are equipped for Boon docking. We were only here for one night while passing through on our way to Yellowstone. Would stay here again for more nights if ever back in the area.

The best part is that it’s right on the banks of the Snake River. I stayed here on 4 occasions in the first 3 years. Under the previous ownership, Judy and her husband catered to the fishermen. When they retired and sold the place, the new owners immediately removed the fish cleaning station and established strict rules against cleaning fish at the park or using their dumpster for disposal of fish parts. The park itself is fine but has limited availability for 40+ foot fifth wheels. Most of the back-in sites are tight to get in to if your unit is big. There are a few pull-thru sites. Decent overpriced park for an overnighter but I won’t be returning unless they bring back the fish cleaning station.

Nice overnight spot on our way to Idaho. Very nice owner parked us right next to the river. Gave it a four because sites were very tight. Great place on the river close enough to town to shop.

This spot is a gem. Management were kind. Plentiful campsites. Clean. The river was the perfect temp for a dip. Free showers. Firewood only cost $3. You could consider the free campsites down the road - but they are littered with trash and the river is somewhat inaccessible to swim in cause of all the gunk that lines it. $20 is nothing...moreThis spot is a gem. It's right off I-84 about 4 miles on a paved road along the Snake River just barely in Oregon. Some sites have picnic tables on concrete pads, but since I opted for trees to shade my Class B motorhome mine was a bit more primitive. Rest rooms were clean and individual keys were provided for paying guests. Lots of families camping with some wanting to stay up later than others. I didn't mind too much as I had the AC running with windows shut, but those in tents might find it a bit noisy as 10 pm quiet hours were not enforced until 11:30 pm.

They had room and we only paid 8 bucks for the night for full hookups, and it was cash only. Technology seems to have forgotten this place. The park is located down a twisting road and sits right on the Snake River. The scenery is beautiful, but you feel a little like you've stumbled into some small forgotten community in the middle of nowhere. The folks in the office were friendly. They came out a couple of times to check on us when we were hooking up. We got a bit of those "outsider" looks from the other folks in the park. Maybe that's just insecurity on our part, but we usually don't find people to be so "off-ish" in RV parks. This place is perfectly fine for an overnight stop, especially if you need hookups.
