First night, no hot water, then no water. Next morning no water at all in bath house, the clincher was relaxing while wife was napping ,mower guy came around and blew dust and crap all over our boats, all the guy in the office said we need to mow before the weekend, said water was a on demand system, never going back!

Stayed one night in 33 ft travel trailer. Site was unlevel, no wifi, most of the campers were permanent residents.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with our one night stay here. Pretty quiet but it was during the week and after Labor Day. Bathrooms were clean. Camp site was very nice.

Lots of litter, and the water quality was poor (red-colored from rusty pipes). It was fine, and lots of families looked like they were having a terrific time. Clearly many RV's are there for the season, and many families gathered together socially, so it may not have felt crowded to them. I will say that we had one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.

There were very few landmarks and the campground itself had no sign at its entry. GPS navigation to their address leads to the far side of the campground where there is no entry. The campground surrounds Timber Lake, which is small, but beautiful. The shared facilities (showers, bathrooms, laundry) are adequate, though aging. There are some resources, but not many, in the on-site store. Our site (32) was in a good location and included a fire pit and a picnic table. However, it was not possible to level our trailer near the hookups; extension power cords, sewer, and water hoses are a must. The water quality was poor; with visible rust and a strong odor. Our Brita filter was able to handle it for drinking and cooking, but showers in our camper were unpleasant. As we decamped, we noticed the water spigot and the water pipe were significantly rusted. The previous resident left quite a few candy wrappers and cigarette butts.

There are zip lines that go between a few sites and there is some movement of non-campers through the park because of the zip lines and lake area, but those clients seemed to respect the privacy of those who were camping. Some tight turns to get into the pull through spots. Our family also rented campsite 31 for another member of our party. That site was very uneven, but ours was level as long as you pulled as far forward as possible in our class A. There were some long term residents in the campground that seemed to take over the back side of one area of the park. It appears that they are doing some upgrades on the sites. All in all a good place to stay.
