Found this place when our Thousand Trails site down the road was awful. You have to call to reserved but they are super nice and we were told to pick any spot in the front and they would find us. Cameras everywhere so no riff raff and they know who comes and goes. Mostly seasonal folk in the back part but there are plenty of grass sites(w/e only) in the front. Showers, playground, tennis, basketball, and river access. Sites are not all level but close. Our price reflects veteran discount. No sewer hookup or dump station but ee were only there a couple of days. They said there was a guy once a week you could pay to empty if you needed. Shower was clean but definitely not as hot as the sign warning me in the building ????No laundry facility (for us full timers that’s a nice benefit to have one)Very quiet. Dirt road entrance but paved yo get there

Price reflects Passport and C2C. Follow GPS exactly to get to this campground. Very quiet rural setting. There is a large sign with a phone number to call for check in. Within a few minutes, the managing couple came to check us in. They were very anxious to make sure our stay was positive and want to help however they can. Sites are all grass. Sites are average to small—however our 5th wheel, truck and jeep easily fit on our site. Each site has a picnic table. There are quite a few more permanent campers toward the back of the campground. The Passport and Coast to Coast campers are in a row of sites just inside the campground. Our site backed up to a large corn field and across the road is a soybean field—it is a fun alternative view to most other campgrounds. Easily handle big rigs because of the open spaces. Sites are electric and water only. There is a dump station available. There are trees throughout campsites. Trees offer shade, but can make getting satellite a challenge. Interior roads have pot holes that cannot be avoided. Very good Verizon cell and data coverage. We were able to set up our coach to allow us to get DirecTV. We have stayed here before while visiting the Shipshewana area. It is a nice place to stay while we are in the area.
