The gravel in this park is more silt than gravel which turns into mud when it rains or snows. We were fortunate to have been a week from when it snowed and it was just starting to firm up! Site 36 was level with gravel, full hookups, and had a picnic table on a square of Astro turf. Connectivity: AT&T LTE 3 bars (30 up / 8 down), OTA Channels = 20+. Park had free WiFi, but we did not use it as we had our hotspot. No recycling options were available. Used our Good Sam discount for 10% rates.

We were originally in site 53 right across from the office but that would have been way too small so we were moved to site 43 which is a long FHUs pull-through. The manager spent time chatting with us about the CG and interesting happenings this last season. The utilities were smartly placed in the middle of the site. WiFi was above average. There were a few seasonal residents who were working in the area. We got a solid variety of OTA channels and were able to get our satellite to connect. The trees in the CG are young so provide some shade. Our site didn’t have cable but some do. There are also premium sites down by the North Platte river that runs adjacent to the CG. There are also tent sites by the river. There is a fiber optic cable facility near the CG that runs 24/7 to include weekends, so there is some noise during the night i.e. backup beeping from forklifts. However, our air conditioner and/or sound machine easily drowned out the noise. As this CG is right outside Casper, there are a ton of amenities nearby. There are nice areas to walk our pups by the river. We enjoyed our two nights stay to include doing some fly fishing in the river at the CG and would definitely come back.

The campground was well kept, and the owner/manager was very nice. There is a recreation room with books and a pool table. They have laundry and shower facilities as well. The campground is right on the North Platte River, which is nice. The downside of this campground is that it is all dirt/clay. Each campsite has an artificial turf patio area with a picnic table, but the pads for the RV and the road are made out of the same dirt/clay material. The morning of our arrival, it had just snowed a little. That snow quickly melted, and the entire surface had turned into a mud like paste. This mud got EVERYWHERE. Our coach was coated with it on the inside, and the truck & fifth wheel were painted with it as well. I don't know if the solution is to re-gravel the park or what, but if it is raining or in the wet season, I would keep this in mind. I imagine in the summer, it would be fine. There is park wifi, but it is slow, at about 1 mbs. They have 20/30/50 amp service, and full hook-ups. They even offer satellite TV in some spots. There are pull-thru and back-in sites as well. The rates were about $43/night, and they accept Good Sam as a discount (10%).Because of the mud, we might not stay there again.

There was an open area kind of in the middle, where two dumpsters are located. We just spent a night, but felt a friendly vibe of a well run place. There is a pipe factory on an adjacent property, it was in operation till about 10pm on Friday night, not too noisy. Easy access from I 25, decent spacing, some long term residents, but all well kept.

Well worth setting up for only one nights stay after moving from an unfriendly and noisy Casper KOA. Will keep this on the list for a place to return to.

The lady who answered the phone was very kind and assured us she had a spot for us. It was dark when we arrived, but she left us paperwork at the main building stating where are spot was. The RV park sits right alongside the Platte River and there are spots that have a gorgeous view. We stayed in site 2 so we were right next to the main entrance but we had no trouble with noise. This park does have complete hookups with 30 amp or 50 amp services. The entire park is very well taken care of. I believe most spots have a tree, and a picnic table on turf (ours did) and the spots are very roomy. The nightly price, includes amenities like WIFI. The park has many hang out areas, with a pool table room, jungle gym for kiddos, and basketball court. They also had showers, bathrooms and laundry. Laundry was $2.00 per load but it was very convenient for us to do are laundry there before heading out to the Grand Tetons. Both the showers and bathrooms were in immaculate condition! The staff is amazing. We can't say enough about the customer service. The lady who worked there was very very kind! If we are in the area ever again, this is where we will be staying with out a doubt!

As we were coming out of a boondocking spot, having full hook-ups was needed. The park backs up to a river that is lined with beautiful willow trees. There is a teepee that it looks like you could rent and there are plenty of fun games around the property; horseshoes, pool, and a play area for kids. There is a little road noise if you're on the wrong side of the park and the best spots are definitely those along the river in spots 70-73.What really made this park special is the friendly staff (owners perhaps?). Even making a reservation was very pleasant with the gentleman there. The lady checked us in and was incredibly helpful. She then was accommodating, as to a late checkout or a possible extended night stay due to having to fix a leaky facet before we left. All in all, this was a nice spot, but the people make the 5 stars.

Close to state parks and museums, outdoor activities. Best is you're right on the river with a nice stretch of river access from the park. Sites 70 - 73 are the best with great river views. 47 - 50 also have river views but are closer to the road so have some noise. All the sites and the park roads are hard gravel with astroturf under nice picnic tables. Nice, small trees at each site provide shade for outdoor sitting but don't block satellite.Very friendly and helpful staff. Park WiFi worked (fast) most of the time. We used our MiFi during peak hours. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Nice pool table and other games in the clubhouse. Clean showers and laundry. Playground, basketball half-court, and area for groups to gather.
