$50 for not having sewer hookups and the noise makes this place a bit expensive.Landscaping is beautiful.Access road is paved asphalt in great shape, easy to driveThe view of farmland and the sunrise is incredibleThis is the second RV park in a farm area I stayed. These places make Ohio look good.Bluffton is a nearby town, it is absolutely beautiful.Homes I found online for @ $160k which is a bit expensive but worth it.November 6th, most RV parks never answered their phones. This place answered and were accommodating. CONS: Some of the permanents (I assume they are) have little respect to noise with loud trucks in the middle of the night. If you happen to be unlucky as I was, you will not get any sleep. Since the road is so well paved, locals tend to speed. I am maybe 20' from the road, so ask for a spot farther away if possible.PROS: Despite the occasional unnecessary noise, and even though you can hear the freeway traffic a tiny bit with your windows open, the view is beautiful and the place is overall peaceful. At no time did I feel uncomfortable.Place is well maintained. The lake is a nice touch. You have to see the sunrise.
