We stayed here for just a quick overnight. Nothing special but we had electric for a hot July night. We got a discounted price for being passport America members.

  • Quiet, relaxing, just what we needed.

Wonderful covered porch, gas stove and bonfire ring, picnic table, comfortable beds, and the toilet and shower are hooked to city water which was very nice. All pots and pans and dishes are there, but do bring your own condiments, foil paper, and some twigs or cardboard to help start bonfire (we brought all this since we used to have campers). People live here too, so it was quiet, which we loved. We never turned the TV on, and was on cell very little, although we did have service. Very close to Rend Lake, so we took a nice drive to look at the water and take some pictures. Robert was very nice, answered all my questions, and when I couldn't work the Keurig, he was there in 5 minutes to help me. Very polite and accommodating.

Got the stay here using a Passport America discount. It was barely worth the discount. The park looked rundown and old. The site was recently graveled with some kind of cement gravel that tracked into the RV. There must have been a lot of rain in the area as the site was muddy and dog poop all over. The site we were assigned the electrical service was more working, so we have to move to another site. We were able to tolerate this RV park for 1 night and was happy to leave come morning.
