Pulled in at about 7:30pm. No reservation just passing thru hoping to find a campsite. Dark. Picnic tables piled up by entrance. Tractor equipment blocking road. We had to back out and move on.

Leasure Lake Campground is a nice quiet campground right off of I-88. They have a nice little fishing lake and a road which goes completely around the lake which is good for hiking.The sites have full hookups and the park is Big Rig friendly. Not all sites can handle the larger rigs but low hanging branches or limbs are not a problem. There are very few amenities such as no pool or spa, no laundry facilities and I didn’t notice a bathhouse but it may be there and I didn’t see it. Most buildings are right where you enter the campground so there may be a laundry and bathhouse near the entrance. These buildings are about a 1/4 or a mile from the majority of the campsite on the opposite side of the lake meaning it would be a very long walk or drive away from the campsites.The owner is on site, he is very friendly and accommodating!
