It has secure laundry (key pad access) which cost $3 per load. The dryer seemed to run for about 30-35 minutes and the laundry is coin feed as well. It was a good location to do things around St. Louis. The WiFi was decent during our stay to be able to stream movies. For reference on WiFi load, the park was probably about 25% full during our entire stay. We got used to it but there is a decent bit of noise from the train that’s right behind the campground. Overall, we’d stay there again.

My sentiments in the order they occurred. 1. Location is anything but convenient. 2. Gate code didn’t work. Customer service phone numbers were not answered. Took me :30 mins to get into the park. 3. Not very level for a glorified parking lot. 4. Sites are on top of each other 5. Rumble of trains all night long.

We had a great stay. Took an Uber to some of the sites and left the RV. Gated and secure. There are occasional trains passing by but all and all had a great time.

I didn’t find many options for big-rig parking in the area so this was exactly what we needed. Asphalt slabs, stone covering in front of RV. Full hookups. It’s behind a casino, but you get a view of the arch. Few amenities but we did see security driving around multiple times-so while we were away from our rig I had bo worries. VERY basic play ground consisting of 1 slide and 2 swings, but new and nice. Individual sites are just for parking/hookups: no grass, fires, picnik table. Summary: if your in St Louis during your road trip you won’t get better big rig parking than this, but don’t expect to hang out at the RV park.

Besides occasional train noise but is a great campground only 1 mile from the city center. There is fencing, lights and security. Gravel sites but grass surrounds the campground for pets. Garmin gps directions we’re spot on so easy in and out. It didn’t even feel like we were at a casino and we could see the arch from our rig.

We were originally planning to boondock at a Cracker Barrel in Caseyville, IL, just 15 min east. However when we got there it didn’t seem safe as 3 police officers were arresting people on the curb between c.b. & motel 6. We watched as they did a perimeter sweep around Cracker Barrel. The casino campground was close, safe with a security gate and fencing all around the lot. Full hookups. Plenty of sites probably at 50% capacity so not too full but felt the safety in numbers. RVers were quiet. The road noise, planes, and commuter train noise is the only noise factor. It was cool and we only had fans going, so we slept fine. Clean bathrooms that are also locked and safe. Walking / bike path within walking distance. I called for the reservation since it was last minute and they didn’t offer me a good Sam discount. I found out about that as we pulled out this morning to leave. Also our site has trees! We didn’t go into the casino and wouldn’t care to anyway but we would stay here again.

The park is gated and fenced-it is safe. Booking is all online. There is no one at the park to talk to if you have a problem. The park slopes towards the river so the sites are not level. Our site was close to the river and it was not bad. There are ALOT of trains. Not too noisy were we were. Laundry is $3 to Wash and $3 to dry. Laundry and bath are passcoded and both were clean. WiFi and Cell both good. It is a decent place to stay if you are visiting St louis.

We are in a 30ft Class C, so we try to find campgrounds close enough to walk to our attractions. Booking was done online and there were no staff on site, but access was easy once we received the gate code. We walked across the casino parking lot to reach the elevators that took us up to the sidewalk on the Eads Bridge. We crossed paths with a few homeless people, but they gave us no trouble. We explored the park and eventually ventured deeper into downtown and watched the game at Busch stadium. We considered walking back after the game, but there were lots of drunk folks roaming the streets so we opted to Uber back to the campground. We heard the train running by often but it was not as loud as others have made it sound from our site #121. Definitely tolerable, and we slept well through the night. Will stay again if in town!

No human on site or directions on how to talk to a human. Finally used customer service phone and got security who sent me to the hotel. The issue was my problem- I had reservations for the wrong night - but it was frustrating to get fixed. Overall OK - nothing spectacular but nothing totally disgusting. By the way, the second confirmation email you receive has your gate code. They could make it easier by calling it check in instructions. I totally ignored it because I already had a confirmation.

Playground for children and plenty of grassy areas for the furry friends. Great view of the arch and only a 10 minute drive to the park if you want to get up close to it. Also close to Anheuser-Busch - about 20 minutes - and very worth the visit. Now the downsides, the park is located in a weird spot and you will have to drive under a few bridges that cut it close to some height requirements. Also, the roads leading in and out are in serious need of some maintenance. There are trains going by regularly, which we normally don’t mind, but these trains would shake our rig and sometimes blow their horns at 6am. We were in the row closest to these tracks, so it may not be an issue on the other side of the park. Our biggest issue with the park was how unlevel our site was for a paved pull through, and location of the hookups was all the way at the rear of the site and ours in particular had the sewer going uphill. Our connections for water and power are at the front of the rig so we had to use an extension cord for our power, but luckily our hose was long enough. There are two sections of the park, one side has the long pull through sites for larger rigs like ours, but no trees or shade of any kind if that’s important to you. The other side is for smaller rigs, but has lots of tree coverage. Sites are nothing to phone home about, but great if you just need a quick overnight stay.

Noisy metro and freeway traffic through the night. Campers crammed together with website showing every other site taken... most vacant and 6 of us shoved together in a little corner. Lots of people with excess length and extra vehicles taking up spaces and sites. We tried parking in casino lot to go see sights (since RV checkout was 1200 noon). The casino was nearly empty. A security truck pulled up immediately upon our arrival asking what we were doing. They refused to let us park in completely empty casino lot. Went back to the RV lot to park instead. Security guy was really nice. Seems silly to discourage gamblers because we travel in an RV. We will not be gambling there.

It is a concrete parking lot but that's what we expected from an RV park almost directly in a downtown city and it has a good view of the Gateway Arch. It has clean bathrooms, a small laundry room (2 washers-$3 to wash/2 dryers-$3 to dry), a small playground and several barbecue picnic table areas. The only drawback for us was the train that runs constantly and if it's not blowing its horn it's taking 10-15 minutes of screeching brakes to stop. It runs RIGHT BEHIND the RV park. The hookups are all at the very back of the sites (geared more towards Class A type RV's) so be prepared to have extensions for power and extra hose for tanks depending on what type of RV you have. We would stay here again. The convenience of being so close to the city outweighs the train noise for us.

Another review nailed it on the hookup location, What were they thinking, too close to the road and we couldn’t leave our discharge hose connected and used every inch of electrical we had. The biggest concern I would advise any first time visitor, there is a constant activity of railroad trains very close. It will disturb you sleep and playing your stereo and ear plugs will help with the noise but not the ground rumbling. I rated it a two as it’s over priced, for nothing more than RV hookup in a parking lot next to a busy rail yard with a great view.

No one was in the store and it’s been cleaned out due to the pandemic (I assume). They emailed me the WiFi password. So we really didn’t need anything from the staff. We parked and hooked up. We ordered food on Uber Eats and met them at the gate. We have a travel trailer and are about 50’ long when connected. There was no problem fitting in the space and reaching the hook ups and staying connected to the tow vehicle. The site was not 100% level. But we’re only passing through and didn’t bother trying to level up with blocks. We could see the sunset and the arch. We did hear the train but not until dawn and it was only a few timeS between 5 and 9. Easy in and out. Fine for big rigs.

Would definitely stay on the short-RV side if you fit because they have trees, but the long-RV side has plenty of room. You do have to pre-register on their web site to get a code to enter the gate on arrival. No-one in person. They do have security driving thru often. Never felt unsafe.

Aside from that, it's not much more than a casino parking lot: paved pads with gravel (no picnic tables or fire rings) in between. Local area's not the best, but there are regular security patrols and we never felt unsafe. Close to public transportation or a very quick/easy drive to downtown. Small store, clean restrooms, playground, and communal area with picnic tables. We stayed on the side with longer pull throughs; if you can fit in the shorter sites on the other side of the building, there's a little more grass and trees and maybe more space between sites over there. Grass around the perimeter of the park for dog walking. Significant train noise at night. Oddly placed hookups (bring extra sewer hose). We wouldn't necessarily want to stay here for a week, but for a few days when you're mostly going to be exploring the city, it's a good spot.
