We had full hook up, 2 bars ATT and 4 bars in Verizon. After complaining about the pool not being open and them not letting us know about it when we made the reservation the office graciously gave us a full refund. Other than it being 91° with no swimming pool we enjoyed our stay.

  • No one in office during posted hours!

Spent money on this resort because it was 91 degrees and they have a pool. HOWEVER we just walked to pool abd it’s locked due to maintenance. No evidence of maintenance. I feel the staff just wanted a weekend off! They should have let us know when making it he reservation that pool was not available. For the extra day we stayed here, we used our Passport America rate which was $22 (half-price, off-season rate). Fairly easy to maneuver a large sized rig here. Pads are asphalt and mostly level but somewhat narrow. Water, electric and sewer are all laid out as one would expect and all were in good working order. Sites in the short-term section of the park are close together with a small patch of grass separating each site. The long-term area of the park (I think 6 month stays or longer) is very, very nice.Though there isn't much in the way of views and space, this park more than makes up for that with its amenities. A heated pool with snack bar, pickleball courts, nice, large clubhouse, a 4 table pool room with ample library are among the things to do here. There is also bocce courts and a shaded common patio area for grilling, gathering, playing cornhole, etc. Good clean shower facilities and laundry room. Shower facilities are comprised of 6 individual rooms with toilet, sink and large shower stall. Right next door to a Walmart (could easily walk there if needing just a few items) with numerous other shops and restaurants within 2 miles. About a half-mile from the Interstate, though road noise isn't bad at all.We were here for the month of May. Would really like to have been here for a spell during the winter, as there is an extensive list of group activities offered during the winter. It seems this is likely a pretty tight-knit and friendly community during snowbird season.

We were kindly greeted by the maintenance guy who led us to our spot after hours when we showed him our emailed confirmation letter. It was a tight & narrow fit for us to park with our 45’ Class A RV w/ a Jeep connected. We were able to unhitch & park the Jeep near the laundry facilities for the evening. Phew! We woke up, walked the dogs, showered, did some laundry, and visited with some very nice people and dogs. The facility has many amenities, swimming pool, pickle-ball court, dance hall and community center. The showers & laundry room were excellent; clean, large and very well kept. The dog” park” had three nice benches, a lone small tree in the middle of the limited area for shade with two in/out gates (one was locked). Missing was a double gated safety entrance and grass. The center was just dirt, the area looked well used! Our big, freshly brushed dog need to be washed off when we left. Next to the highway it was a bit noisy but both my husband and I were so tired it really didn’t matter, we were just happy to be there! All in all, a 4.75 experience!

The price per night of $36 is based on a weekly rate. The F-5 site seems to be the smallest site in the entire park, the last one available when we called on a Sunday afternoon. The included cable television is the best we have seen anywhere, both analog and digital HD with a big lineup of channels. The free WiFi sucks completely, like any other campground way too much interference from everyone using a hotspot. This campground has been constructed since 2000, so it is very well thought out and all of the amenities are very modern. The pool is very nice and all of the other amenities are well maintained. Even though we are very close to I-75 you cannot hear it at all. The railroad to the East can be heard, but it is very very quiet. The AT&T service unbelievable in this park, I worked online the entire week with zero interruptions and did a ton of video conferencing meetings. Low latency (40-50ms) and 30 -50 down and 5-10 up.

This site was a gem for our trip as we had just taken delivery of our RV after flying in from Arizona. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a Super Wal-Mart and fast food to hold us over until we had some supplies. This is your typing parking lot style park with about 400 spaces, but very well maintained.
