This is advertised as a resort and while it definitely has that potential, it’s not a resort yet. It is a newer park (established in 2020) and is completely paved on a huge lake with beautiful views. Pros--huge, level, paved sites with 75% of them having water views-close to Nashville (30 minute drive to downtown)-good AT&T signal-trash pick up at siteCons--pool closed with no open date (manager stated they’re waiting on health department, but said the previous owner cut a lot of corners and he’s just trying to get everything back in order)-dog park also closed (with no plan to reopen)-no kayak rentals available regardless of it being advertised (manager said this is not priority since he has a lot of other things to worry about)- very expensive (we had a standard, non water view site and paid $98/night)-poor maintenance ( no lawn maintenance, bathrooms new, but often dirty)Overall, we would not stay here again. Management was rude- when we brought up our concerns of paying almost $100/night for a park that has close to no amenities that were advertised, he kept making excuses and was not apologetic and had no customer service. There are lots of other parks near Nashville and we’ll definitely be picking a different one next time we’re in the area.

  • Quiet, clean, close enough to services.

WiFi was generally good. At time there would be a need to disconnect and reconnect. We both work remote jobs and used the WiFi most of the time. A limited number of times (2-3 over 2 months) we switched to our cellular based service for part of a day. There is a new pool and hot tub that will be open May 2022. During our nice long stay, we can say spring sprung in the Nashville area and we were excited to be here for it.

I would say at least 90% of the sites have some amount of Waterview. We stayed in site number one which I highly recommend that has 180° of Waterview. As you can see by our photo we are always a bit confused of motorhomes who do not pull in to obtain the maximum view out the front window area. We get that it is a little bit inconvenient to get your hoses underneath the unit to plug-in on the opposite side, but we use a telescopic pole to push them underneath and it is actually very easy. Why have a great view that you cannot see out the rear of the Motorhome? Nice park overall, but slightly pricey in comparison to others we have stayed in.

Compared to similar RV parks they are a little over priced in my opinion.

Cancellation is 14 days and 30 days around holidays or loss of deposit. Our A/C just failed with a 6-8 week expected repair, so I notified Four Corner with a 13 day notice. Bummer that we lost over $400. Our campsite was booked within a hour after cancellation, so no loss to the campground. Wish campgrounds were more flexible with such unexpected events. I am unable to fully rate this campground outside of my experience dealing with their office.

We called several times for directions and got voice mail. The park is in a bit of an odd place as you drive through neighborhoods to get here. Nothing fancy about the entrance just a large sign and a paved road that seems to lead into the woods. There is an area (sloped) very close to the entrance where you are requested to unhook your car if towing. There are some significant potholes in the road leading to the park but once you are in the park the roads are great. Check-in was quick and friendly. As first-timers, they guided us to our site. The picture on the internet didn’t match what our site looked like. Maybe it was just a generic photo. Our site was a back-in but it was open on one side to the main road. It was long and wide enough for the MH and toad. The site was pretty level. Interior roads and sites are concrete. Sites have a strip of grass between them and some have more space. There is no privacy. The connections were in the back in our site. Our sewer hookup required 2 hoses to reach. And the connector was raised about a foot off the ground. Why??? Electric took about ¾ of the cord. It’s a nice looking park but I wouldn’t consider it a resort – at least not yet. There is Percy Priest lake of course. It appears to be mostly seasonal campers. WII FI very good most of the time although it would occasionally check out. Pretty quiet at night but activity starts early around 6:00AM with airplanes (near an airport) and loud trucks in and outside the park. Verizon was 4g 2 bars. Satellite would be ok in some sites but not others due to trees. A bit on the pricey side especially for a stop over as you don’t take advantage of the amenities.

I believe in the future there may be more amenities. But for us it was just right we didn’t need anymore or any less. Being on the lake is the reason to come. The views are wonderful. The sites are nicely paved they are level and very large and they all have a nice grassy area. We were in site 81 our 2nd week here...it’s probably the best in the park with views of water on 3 sides and you feel removed from neighbors. The staff here is wonderful, friendly and check in to see if you need anything.City tip: it takes about 25-30 minutes to get downtown from RV park. We loved East Nashville and Germantown area for vibe and restaurants and centennial park and the Nashville Farmers Market. We’ve been to the honky tonks before so we avoid that area when we visit now. Doggy tip: there’s a great god park at Percy Priest Dam

They are almost completed with the last Phase (3) and will then have 109 site. All concrete pads with docks available for campers. The largest sites are 70Ft long and vey level. Amenities still need to be completed, but this is the best Near-Nashville RV Site we have been to.

Depending on traffic it can take about 20-40 minutes to get to downtown Nashville. There aren’t good signs pointing from the road to the campground but those are definitely planned. The campground is very much a work in progress. There were only 42 sites open when we arrived on the first day they were open for guests, so a lot of construction was still going on and many bugs were still being worked out. However, the park is designed so that the construction mess and noise were away from guests staying in phase 1. The sites are level concrete pads that are 50 to 70 feet long and plenty wide for a large rigs. Each site has water, sewer, 50/30/20 amp electric and cable television. They also offer very good wi-fi. There is a sandy beach at the edge of the lake that makes playing in the water a lot more fun than the typical rocky shore of the lake. They also have a boat dock for use by guests and they are working on a kayak dock as well. Many other amenities are still under construction or in the planning stages. They have the potential to be a truly wonderful place to camp. The staff is wonderfully friendly and responsive should a concern arise. We stayed longer than originally planned because we needed to be near our house while it was up for sale. We loved our stay at Four Corners and plan to return there when we go back through Nashville.
