Smaller Rv park but spaced out very well. Everyone has a water view. Primarily dirt road but maintained. Camp host is awesome and very attentive and extremely helpful. Park is quiet but it is family friendly as well. I noticed they have cabins too. Park is about 10 mins from Homedale and there are stores and gas. We had 4 bars with Verizon with a booster. We have a 36’ class A. Anything bigger than a 40 may have a little bit of difficulties maneuvering through the park.

Too expensive for what you get...it is more like a $20/night. You enter and you immediately see trees you have to avoid if you have a bigger rig. The camp ground is tiered. The back row is the long term sites, middle row are the true pull thru sites, the next row originally described as pull thrus ARE NOT and the river front rows but not really good for bigger combo units due to difficulty to get turned back around to go out. The grounds are slowed down back to front. We were originally to be in site 19 but these are really back in and for much smaller combo and its in the sun. We went to site 17 which was an actual pull thru but we had to use a full 12" just to be almost level front to back. Had to get additional blocks just so our stabilizer Jacks would have something to touch. I did not go into the restrooms. Our neighbors reported they tried to dump their tank but found the grounds dump station was full after it was too late. The hosts got promptly on that though so the issue was taken care of quickly. There were roads to walk your dog which was nice. Not all sites have water (most power only). It needs some TLC for sure. Its a bit unkept, the cabins need oiled, the grounds maybe raked & leveled, all the cob webs wiped off the restrooms. Mature shade trees, grass and wide sites were a plus. It does have a fire pit stand and picnic table. We normally get a 60ft spur and the middle row accommodated this. I would not recommend the rows closer to the river for this length of combo unless a 5th wheel hitch system and nobody else camping near you.It is quiet and the river is nice!Good coverage with cell. Has access to river, no boat launch.
