This campground is beautiful and peaceful. We were tent camping and that costs $260 a month and includes electricity and water. There are two different restrooms on opposite ends of the grounds. One includes free shower rooms (4) for overnight guests and a coin laundry. $1.25 to wash $1.00 to dry.The grounds and facilities are very well cleaned and maintained. The office has basic necessities at decent prices. At the top of the canyon is a gas station and bar if anything else is desired (beer lol) the office wifi can only be reached by the office, and there is almost zero cell service because it’s in a canyon. The river is beautiful and the swimming area is awesome. There is also a nice playground for the little ones.Rex, the manager is a great guy and he’s the same manager since the first time I came here in 2014. Bonners Ferry is only 10 miles away with a Grocery Outlet and a Super 1 grocery store as well as nice restaurants and even some thrift stores. We stayed a month and got an awesome rate! I definitely recommend this place!!

We stayed for a couple of nights during the off season. The good; OUTSTANDING shower, restrooms and laundry facilities. Beautiful site along the river. The not so good; Almost nonexistent staff, could not get the Wifi to work. No cell coverage. If it matters to folks the road in/out of the park is a steep gravel switch back road. It did not make any difference to us but larger coaches might have an issue. There is a tribe fish hatchery next door which we were unable to visit. Have not been inside a fish hatchery of any kind for decades.
