Due to being here a month we had a steeply discounted nightly rate. I can't say enough good things about this RV Resort. G7 Resorts really know what they're doing. From the friendly and organized staff, to the clean and quiet grounds it's been a joy to be here this long. We both work full time from our RV so the importance of excellent wi-fi can't be stressed enough. We had perfectly reliable wi-fi connection while here. Their campground wi-fi is very fast and reliable, but we also used our pep-wave router at times as well. The laundry room we used atleast 2-3 times per week and they were always clean, well-lit, and everything was working. The private showers we took advantage of as well to save the wear and tear on our rig. They too were in perfect condition, cleaned daily with bath mats provided. Large concrete pull-through sites with conveniently placed hook-ups along with picnic tables made the stay very pleasant. The entire park is paved which helps cut down on dirt/dust (with the exception of the grassy areas between each site for the picnic table). Guests were friendly, yet people mainly just stay to themselves and are very quiet. There are many longer term and full time "residents" here and everyone seemed happy and respectful. We even had our mail forwarded here the entire time we stayed. Having Wal-Mart and a brand new healthy grocery store within walking distance was very beneficial. Easy to get in and out of. We will definitely be back to this resort. We camped at Mountain Home RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Our concrete pad site was 90 feet long. Wow! It was also very level and we loved it. And the tree shade was wonderful. This RV park is absolutely enormous. It's easy to get lost so driving guests to their sites is probably a good idea. Best private bathrooms that we have seen in over 2 years of full time RVing. Immaculately clean with large showers and clean towels were even provided. What? It was like staying in a hotel. Double wow! Free wifi worked great at the site and it was blazing fast. The 25 free crystal-clear digital cable channels were awesome. Onsite pool and hottub were above average. Pool has saltwater instead of chlorine so that was different. Horseshoe pits are also available. Very close to Walmart, Albertsons and many other shopping options. We've stayed in over 100 RV parks during our travels and this one is definitely in our top 5. Highly recommended!!!

The cell service is 4 bars but Verizon throttles down the bandwidth so it’s still slow. The new sections have young trees so not much shade there but the old section has plenty of shade. There isn’t much of a dog barking problem here.

But it is very busy with mowing, blowing trimming, and the application of landscaping chemicals on all the grass, including the pet areas, with no signs informing pet owners that the grass areas are treated. You can see the white beads everywhere, but most products should be watered in and then allowed to dry before use. Still. There is nothing shabby about this property. They do have a lot of rules but they aren't enforced, such as, no kennels, no unattended dogs outside, no flexi leashes, etc. All in all, if you have to be plugged in for awhile, this is about the best facility out there. At midnight, I heard custodial staff making small talk over by the showers, and it was louder and lasted longer than it should have. Musta been on break. Boondocking is best.

We we arrived late and after dark but there was still an on site employee that took us to our site. Once at our site he made sure to show us all hookups and make sure we were situated. We stayed in what seemed to be a newer part of the park and it was very nice. All paved roads and pads with new hookups. While the park is pretty big it is easy to navigate. We had a pull through site that was plenty big to accommodate our 36' Class A. All the grounds seemed very well taken care. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We so appreciated how this park worked with us as we awaited the truck’s diagnosis & repair. Upon arrival I was quite impressed. Ours was a back in on the perimeter of what is the more established part of the resort, which could not have suited us better! This place is huge, with a variety of different types of sites. If you are as selective about your site type as we, investigate. Our area had lots of beautiful, mature trees, but probably would not be a problem even for fixed satellite tv reception. I only used their basic internet (I understood upgrades to be available) and it was fine for emails, etc. If you are approaching from the freeway, be advised that the first driveway (left off American Legion Blvd.) is the exit. The entrance is the second driveway. There’s signage, but I watched a number of rigs enter thru the exit.

WiFi signal was strong, with good Internet connectivity, but speeds were capped at 3 Mbps. The location was perfect for us: right off of I-84, near dining, gas and a Walmart -- but far enough away that noise wasn't a problem at all. There are a number of long-term tenants, but their sites were clean and well maintained too. We went for a midnight stroll around the park and felt very safe.To be honest, I'd have a hard time coming up with anything bad to say about this place. Definitely one of our favorites!

With the GS discount we paid $43.74. There are also reduced rates for extended stays. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, playground, off-leash dog run, horseshoes, cable TV, bathrooms/showers, and a laundry facility. The older part of the park has lovely mature trees and excellent shade. Newer areas are more open. I’d suggest calling ahead, the park completely filled up on the Thursday we stayed. The employees are super nice and go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The entire place is immaculately tended to and given attention to detail. The showers deserve their own paragraph. Each shower / restroom is private and has extremely hot water with lots of pressure! They are cleaned daily and the resort even provides fresh shower mats for you. We had full hookups but chose to use their showers instead... they're that nice. The town of Mountain Home isn't anything over the top but there is a Walmart and a pizza place nearby that delivers to your site. Don't try to get a large RV into the Flying J across the interstate... it's too crowded and too busy. There is a Walmart gas station that we got our rig + tow vehicle into with ease.Take a drive up to the reservoirs and enjoy the scenery. You can ride for hours on end and not even see a fraction of it.The wifi here worked well most of the time. Better than most RV parks. A few times in the evenings it would slow down but data service is pretty good here so no big deal. We were still able to stream Netflix at night on their wifi, though. They are in the process of adding on to the campground and hopefully it will be just as nice. We'll definitely be back.

We could have hooked to cable - if we had a tv.Not too far from the Interstate, a plus for this journey, so a little traffic noise in the distance only faintly noticeable outside the rv.
