We had a lovely spot overlooking the river. Full hookups. Our only complaint was showers were closed. Friendly owners. Easy to get in and out of the sites and the park.

We found this little gem of a campground just outside Kamiah and were very pleased to get a spot right next to the river. There is a much larger KOA just up the road, but this suits our style much better. Colleen was super friendly and helpful. Gravel roads and camp pads keep the dust down. Also there are not a lot of “residents” here so the pass-thru crowd like us feel more at home. There is a little highway noise and an infrequent airplane taking off from the airport across the river.

The river was low so we were able to plop our chairs right in the water and enjoy an adult beverage! The riverfront sites are short and close together but we managed to get our 45 foot rig in there. We had to share a water connection with our neighbor as ours wasn't functioning. Electric worked fine. The WII FI was very sporadic, even non-existent most of the time, so we used our phones. The couple who run the park are very friendly. They aren't always in the office so they don't always answer the phone. If you leave a message, they are good about calling you back. Kamiah is a cute little town with a couple restaurants and a well stocked grocery store. We would stay again if we returned to the area.
