I fought long and hard trying to fit my 42 foot fifth wheel into a park in or near Grand Teton National Park. While looking farther out, I stumbled across this gold mine of a campground. 10 total sites and 4 cabins nestled in the woods and located east of Ashton, Idaho. The drive to the Park was 1 1/2 hours traveling across the teton pass. After visiting the park, I am so glad I chose this campground. The park and Jackson, Wyoming are very crowded and the campgrounds are stuffed with much room in-between. We were surrounded by pines and aspen trees, with a ton of room between sites. Nick, a chef, cooks breakfast through dinner for you, so no need to go to town unless you want to. Mesa Falls State Park is nearby and very beautiful. The only down side was that cell service is not very strong here. Downloading is good, but uploading is non-existent. Still worth it! This was a great stay!
