We were the only ones traveling. Everyone else was permanent. Not much to offer for $30 a night other than grass and full hookup.

Upon arrival Richard (owner) met us and stayed with us, aiding in set up. Neighbors stopped by to chat and were friendly. Most campers are permanent residence and some mobile home are mixed in. The following afternoon Richard dropped off a strawberry pie homemade by his wife as a welcome gift (these two couldn’t be nicer or more helpful). This property used to be a farm however was converted to a campground. The property is very basic and often lacks trees for shade but all of our needs were met without issue. Free (cold water) laundry is provided at the back of the property. The property is located about 8 miles from Waycross GA. Should life bring us back to Waycross again I’ll be staying here for sure.
