This park has a separate area marked 'extended camping,' but I believe most of the units throughout are there for at least the season, if not the year, or decade. They have a few pull-thru spots for overnight use. We stayed for the month with 50amp FHUs. $350/month and this includes tax and electric. Our site was a nightmare to get into. It was by far the most difficult backward maneuvering I've done in my 5 months of full time travel so far. A local park resident was summoned by the park host to help me achieve this maneuver. He suggested that I pull forward and then back the trailer at a 90-degree angle, up a steep hill, and then cut it the opposite 90-degree angle to get into the site. It was a 'Z' maneuver, but with a steep hill with several trees and large rocks in the middle. It took a while, and I broke one of the support wheels under my rear bumper because the incline was so steep, but we eventually got the trailer parked. Not all the spots are like this. There is a laundry room onsite with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Bathrooms 'close' at 7pm, but we didn't use them anyway. No Wifi.Easy access to I-20. Several travel stops/restaurants nearby, including two 24hr restaurants.
