Our family needed a place to stay for the night. We arrived after hours, staff had a map on the office door of available sites. We were able to get a drive through near the front of the property. Easy drive and hook up.

All other sites were tight, gravel parking lot. Lots of monthly stays. I absolutely would not stay here if not for a spot on the lake.Awesome dog parks (large), and playground. Didn’t check restrooms. Laundry room is also huge with coin (has a change machine) or card operated, clean. Propane (only during certain hours). Dump station. Goats! Lots of friendly goats. Room to walk around. Can fish the lake. Lovely fountain on the lake.ATT and Verizon struggled - even to browse on phone. Not enough to work. T-Mobile was strong and was able to do zoom meetings without issue. Wifi worked but was on and off, not reliable so used the hotspot.Disclaimer- Everyone here smokes cigarettes. It was on all sides and really notable- so I felt like I couldn’t sit outside or have my windows open. Though it’s a nice park, parts felt sketchy/run down, and because of the smoke, I wouldn’t stay for longer than an overnight.

The view from the front window if our class A RV was nice to see each morning. There is a horse stable and some farm animals for the kids to see. This is probably 80pct long terms residents here but still mostly kept looking nice and clean. Some of the sites have nice tree cover while others are more like a parking lot. All sites have gravel pads. Some are not very level but we didn't have any trouble leveling our rig. Everyone here is super friendly.

We checked in late, no gates to deal with, packet taped to the door. Easy in, easy stay, easy out. Would definitely stay here again.

Every member of the family that we came into contact with was personable, kind and helpful. They had a board welcoming our family by name for our first day’s stay and that really made us feel special! They also mailed us a package that they received for us after our stay and I really appreciated how quickly they resolved that issue for me especially around Christmas time.+Amenities: Since we stayed in this park twice in different spots, we experienced both bathhouses. Both were clean, modern and had high pressured hot water available at all times. We also really really enjoyed their playground, pond, walking trail and of course the GOATS!+Sites: Most of the sites looked fairly level and spacious. Most of them were also pull-thru which is always nice! Cons:-Horse Stable Sites: The first site we stayed at I selected from their website and it was a bit narrow and short for us, but since we had arrived after dark on a Saturday night, we didn’t end up changing because by the time the office opened late Sunday afternoon, we were mostly set up. We also didn’t like hearing the horses whinny and kick the stable all night either. -Long-term Tenants: I always think long-term tenants make a park look tired. They seem to be evenly disbursed throughout this park which makes for some eye sores, but overall, the park is so large, they aren’t too bothersome. Most everyone we came into contact with was kind and responded “Hi” or waved when greeted by the girls.

Some asphalt roads, some gravel, sites are gravel with a mix of rock sizes and dirt. Lot's of trees. Saw stables with no horses but looked functional. 3-bar AT&T cell signal. Full hook ups worked well.

Fair Harbour is a great pit stop with very friendly folks - from staff to most of the people who stayed around me. Took a walk and some bike rides. Everything was pretty much closed down in town but the campground had plenty of space. Goats too! Looked like there were some trails but I didn’t explore them. The only thing I didn’t love was lots of dogs that didn’t seem to be neutered by what appeared to be resort residents. Also my site was a bit graded but nothing a few risers couldn’t fix. WiFi was excellent!

We stayed for a 1-night stopover, but wouldn't hesitate to stay here longer if staying in the area. The park is well thought out with plenty of parking while registering to navigating to the site. There are lots of trees for shade, but they don't present a slide or awning issue as the sites are wide. Our FHU, pull-thru site was gravel & level. The WiFi & cable were very good, and we had good Verizon cell service. The park is large, so there's plenty of walking space. There is noise from I-75 outside, but not inside the RV. We will definitely stay here again.

We will definitely go back as it is one of our go-to stop overs when travelling through Georgia. This visit we attended the Georgia State Fair and had a marvelous time. The staff at Fair Harbor are superb! Next visit we will request a site overlooking the water. They have a decent dog park area with 2 sections (could use more grass). We attended the Saturday pancake breakfast and it was wonderful, the cook even sang us a song! We even took advantage of the community kitchen are and used the oven so we didn’t heat up the RV. The staff was very helpful. We traveled in a Class A Motorhome with 2 other couples in their motorhomes and secured sites next to each other. Had a wonderful time. Cable and Wi-Fi were good.

Surprised how quiet this was since it was so close to interstate. Lots of trees and natural surroundings. They appear to be expanding an area of this as we were in a relatively new looking pull thru site. Power was great, water pressure was great. This was our second time here, won't be the last.
