I have to say that we were terribly disappointed in the pool area though. The chemicals were noticeably not right and the pool furniture needs to be thrown out. Since renters expect a nice pool area as part of the amenities they are paying for, this area needs a complete face lift. The pool furniture is in total disrepair and needs to be replaced.

We have stayed here several times in our RV. The park is well maintained and quiet. The Park Ranger is very nice as are the other campers and residents. There is a pond as well as streams for fishing if that is what you like. It’s in close proximity to Blue Ridge, GA, North Carolina and Tennessee.

We have a 37' class A RV and the site that we were last on had a full concrete pad and was located near a stream. The Park appears to be very new. The hook ups were first rate. I am not pleased with our experience here. Not very good communication. On arrival, we arrived to find the place was not well maintained. Grass was tall and the gravel lots and gravel fire pits were over grown with weeds. The park is not well laid out as the hook ups are on the very back of the sites. It was difficult to navigate as we...moreI am not pleased with our experience here. Not very good communication. On arrival, we arrived to find the place was not well maintained. Grass was tall and the gravel lots and gravel fire pits were over grown with weeds. The park is not well laid out as the hook ups are on the very back of the sites. It was difficult to navigate as well with lack of visible signage. When we arrived at our premium spot, the additional fireplace hot tub and covering was nice but the site needed a mow and there was an area in the back of the site that had an unused fire pit overgrown with railroad ties with rebar sticking 2 feet straight in the air. Definitely a safety issue. We were excited about the hot tub only to find it at 80 degrees. I’m their marketing they mentioned fiberoptic internet and had given me the wifi password in my arrival docs, but not what network to connect to. I went through all that was showing and tried to connect and it didn’t work. As I was nosing around on the patio on the fireplace mantle I find a router that shows it goes to another site. It had instructions and was able to use it. We only saw 1 staff person at arrival who brought us paper work with a lot of particular rules, which I don’t mind, but when the park looks the way it does, I think they need to focus on some maintenance instead. We tried to reach out to show our displeasure with the management company and they never got back to us, we we cut the trip short and left early. Will not return.

The park is beautiful! The restrooms and showers are some of the nicest ones I’ve seen. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!

This is a beautiful and well-maintained campground. Many sites back up to water, whether it's the pond in the middle of the campground, or the creek flowing behind it. Many sites back up to water, whether it's the pond in the middle of the campground, or the creek flowing behind it. We loved backing up to the creek behind us, the creek sound was so peaceful. Some sites are gravel and some are concrete pads. Our site (#40) was gravel, but very nice with lots of space and a great view of the creek behind us. The pool and common areas are nicely maintained and landscaped. The staff is friendly and helpful. We needed to stay 1 hour beyond checkout time because the campground we were moving to was not very far away and we would have shown up there before check-in time, so I asked if we could check out 1 hour late, and the man I spoke with was very nice and accommodating allowing us to do so. Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile all worked very well. We would definitely stay here again for longer next time.
