Coming into the campground we had to drive our truck and rv through what was basically pond runoff a foot or so deep across the road. The guy was quite rude as we were trying to unpack the camper. It is a very nice park and nicely maintained.

We were heading towards Tallapoosa, GA from Jacksonville, FL. We made an overnight stop over in Hahira, GA. When I called their number to inquire about reservations, they said that you can just walk in and pay CASH ONLY after hours as we were expected to come in beyond sunset. They had no problems with that. We were on our way and spoke with one of the owners, and he said that it’s fine and to call when we are 3 minutes away. He will come show us to our site. So at about 8:15pm, we arrived and called the number, didn’t pick up but then they call you right back in a matter of a few minutes. They accepted us coming in so late in the evening. They were very kind and nice about the late arrival. Some lady came to meet us at the front of the RV park and she led the way to our full hookup site. She was so kind to us. Because we are Passport America members, we only paid $25 cash for 1 night. It would be nice to get some sort of receipt (because I like to scrapbook these kinds of things), but we did not get a receipt of any sort. We followed her by RV in her car to our campsite. She did give us a warning that there is a small river crossing and if we are okay with that and she said it was about 4” deep over some rocks. We were okay with that as we slowly followed her across. She parked and asked if we wanted a concrete pad or gravel, so I choose concrete. But that one was located in the back so again we continued to follow her to the back. She said okay by the concrete pad there’s trains that go by at night and if that was okay with us. We didn’t seem to mind the train noise at night, but if you are a light sleeper, be cautious about sleeping on the concrete pad in the back. So we had a back in site, I’m not sure what the number of the site was. It was an easy back in spot. They had the water, sewer, and electric pedestal all on one side of the concrete pad. They all worked so great!!! The water did have a small leak though which we couldn’t do anything about. oWe did not get a chance to test the internet connection. The camphost is very friendly. She let us choose where we wanted to camp at, giving us options, which she didn’t have to do. oUnfortunately, we were unable to find the dumpster to throw our trash into. My recommendation for the RV Park is to make it more visible where the dumpsters are located and to make a campground map available for customers to use and see. I did not seem to see a campground map.oThey are pet friendly. We are not sure of things to do as we didn't explore the area. It's also not kid friendly, it's a more quiet setting campground if that is what you are looking for. They also seem to have outdoor, uncovered RV storage in the back you can rent out for.

There was a large pond directly in front with a number of ducks enjoying the water. The CG is about 2.5 miles off the interstate which makes it much quieter. The little town of Hahira was very cute and we could see there were a couple of restaurants available. There was a train in the distance I heard once or twice, but it was not loud enough to cause any problem.Check-in was very fast and friendly. Rate reflects PA cash payment price. They offered a Wifi PW, but we didn't utilize it.

I left my payment in an envelope and slid If in the door slot in the morning when I left.Would definitely stay here again. Rural south Georgia family owned park. We liked it for an easy stopover location. Far enough off I-75 to cut down on the noise but not so far that it's a large investment to get over there. We liked it for an easy stopover location. Far enough off I-75 to cut down on the noise but not so far that it's a large investment to get over there. Super friendly staff. There are 8 pull through sites located on the office side of the creek that are well landscaped and have little privacy fences, all with views of the creek out the front. Across the creek are several more sites that connect in to an area with more permanent residents. We stayed on the far side which included a ride through the overflow for the creek. Somewhat of a pucker factor in a 30,000 pound motorhome towing a truck but came through no problem. Watched a class C turn around before being told by some other campers that we went through it. They looked across at us and we could hear them exclaim that if we could make it in our rig then they could to.Enjoyed our evening sitting out watching the ducks and geese. There is still noise from 75, there is also a train that passes through and the geese were noisy even in the middle of the night.
