We visited August 14 - 17, 2020. 2 adults, 1 Child (3), 1 DogPark:It has a nice little store/ office (Ranger's Station) that carries souvenirs, drinks, candy, a few things you may have forgotten, and you can rent pedal carts and bikes. On the back side of the Ranger's Station is men and women's restrooms and individual showers that were very clean. The next to that is the Cartoon Cafe that serves hand dipped Blue Bell Ice-cream, Hunt Brothers Pizza, then some typical traditional menu items. In front of the Ranger Station is the pool. The water was blue, and clean, it did need a little tlc, but purely cosmetic and didn't take away from the experience. They have a pavilion that has multiple uses, game hall, theater, foam pad. The playground area was huge with a huge inflatable jump pad, basketball half court, 2 horse pits, and some playground equipment that is in need of an upgrade, but still seemed safe enough for our little one. Then you got Yogi twice a day, and Booboo once a day. They had several activities for both kids and adults. Candy Bingo, Cornhole tournament, Gem Mining, Kids group play. The East Area has shaded sites though seems to have more long term campers and is on a hill, West Area is flat with very little shade, then their is an area with cabins to the North. Also they do have 50amp sites and Deluxe site that are 50 amp have gravel areas and usually a swing or rocker.Staff: Awesome!!!! 10 out of 5 starsRules:Quiet time 10pm - 8 amPool time 10am - DuskPets friendly but need to be on leash accept in dog park. Our site:~60ft Long, 10ft Wide, Level, Concrete, Pull Through Pad~20ft of Grass Infront of pad full sun30 amp / 15 amp electric, center of siteCable hookup at site didn't seem to workWater hookup centerSewer hookup towards rearMetal Fire Ring and Metal Frame Picnic table at site.Camp Occupancy:Friday through Saturday about 70% occupied Sunday about 50%.Trip:It is a little hilly no matter what direction you come in so just know that while hauling your rig, but you should have no problems getting there.Overall:In hotel rankings this would be a quality 3 star, affordable and comfortable and I'm giving it 5 stars compared to other 3 star sites I've been to.

Stayed in the cabin as a switch up we do have a camper. Great place to stay and very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, has pull through spots and full hook ups. Plenty of stuff to do at the park if you want. Not a far or hard drive into branson. Shopping is a bit of a trip. Would highly recommend for anyone with kids or families.

  • Great staff, tons for kids to do, fun place to camp with friends.

The RV sites that are east of the pool (start with E) are all great, and kind of on a hill so you get more privacy than if they were all on flat ground. They all have tree cover (more shade). The sites on the west side of the pool are more in an open area... probably best for the huge rigs... not ideal if you want to feel like you're in the woods. The park itself is a fun place for people with kids. There's a lot that you can just let your kids do on their own. The staff is amazing, and very friendly. Jennifer and Chris really stand out for their personalities and friendliness. Our kids enjoyed the potato launcher, the candy bar bingo, and the foam party. The pool area was nice the week we were there, it was in upper 90s the whole time... so definitely refreshing. The pool itself is kind of small and fills up fast with kids. I would say that's the biggest downer. We got to explore the cabin our friends booked and it was awesome. A nice huge loft, plus a bunk area plus a master bedroom. It also had a nice screened in porch. The one downside is it lacked a table for board games or dinner inside, but did have a picnic table. If we come back we'll book a premium rv site as they come with a porch swing and better fire ring. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids. Its a little far from Branson, maybe 30 minutes...but we only went into town once for a show, so it was perfect for us. Its right next door to a farmer's market on Saturdays and Forsyth is close by. In Forsyth there is a supermarket (Country Mart I think) along with restaurants and gas stations etc.The walking trail is kind of a joke but you can hear cows mooing in a nearby field. I only wish the pool area was bigger and maybe there was a place to fish (like a pond). Other than that this place is the bomb.
