Charlie is the manager and he - realizing I was somewhat "backup challenged" changed my site to a pull through. Really feels like a farm - incredibly long accessible big rig sites in center of field. Right off 80, so some road noise but isn't a bother.
So peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

There is a bit of road noise because of that, but it didn't bother me personally. Both the owner, Michael, and the manager, Charlie, were SO nice. Very friendly, accommodating, and polite. The campground is small, with maybe 20 long term residents up near the entrance, then a fishing pond (where we did catch 2 fish!) and then off to the side from that are the short term sites. Some are back in and some are pull through. The sites are gravel and not level, but easy to get in and out of, and not too cramped, especially the back in sites along the perimeter. We came in early spring and the grass was green, there were trees surrounding the campground with birds singing, and it was so lovely and peaceful. It's a simple park and just our style, especially after coming from hectic Florida. There's a bathhouse which I didn't actually check out. There is no laundry (used to have it apparently).Just 10 or so minutes into downtown Dublin. The downtown area is really nice, lots of fountains and shade trees, pleasant to walk. We ate at a place called Company Rotisserie Bistro or something like that, and the food was really good and not too expensive! Aside from downtown, the rest of the town didn't seem too exciting. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we come through the area. We were sad to leave! It was just the restful stay we needed. Internet: we work remotely and have an antenna for Verizon and T-Mobile. The signal wasn't the best, but passable. The second day of our stay, another rig left and the signal suddenly got way better, so we figured we had been competing for the tower strength with them.

Site number: owner called it the "emergency spot"
rolled in late. Owner fit us in to what he called the "emergency spot" (i.e. a tight little squeeze right in front of the office). It's a quiet little park, apparently mostly long term workers. $20 with PA. Not a lot of paperwork to fill out or deal with. My kinda place. Jutst a wee bit of fwy noise but not bad.

This is a growing park outside Dublin, GA. We got delayed on our arrival and Mr. Charlie called to check in. He waited for us and helped us get into our space. Loved the pond view we had and parked next to.
Nice spot!

Stopped here in route to Savannah. FHU site, pretty level a little high on front side but not too bad. Quiet, peaceful with a nice little pond with ducks.
Best kept secret!

No neighbors, FHU, very peqceful and quiet. Bath house with full shower, laundry room and did I mention- no neighbors! Small park, with a few “residents” in front, but pull around the large buildings (bath house) and there is wide open field with two pull thru sites. Our stay here was one of our favorite places. Charlie- host was very kind and friendly. Highly recommend if traveling thru Dublin, GA. Only drawback is highway noise, but where else can you stay in a park with no one else around you? More like boondocking with FHU!!!
