Gravel & grass may be relatively new. The restrooms are brand new and very clean. All codes for restroom, laundry & wifi were given at check in. The staff at the front desk are friendly & helpful. Though there are long term RVers, their sites are clean and well maintained.Dec 1 2021 was when this became a KOA. The sites are close and don't have trees but for an overnight along the way, it was great.

This park is a KOA now. There was mud everywhere. I know they can’t help the rain, but sites were not paved and everything was muddy or soggy. They kept the bathrooms locked, you had to ask for a code that they didn’t provide at check in. Once inside the bathrooms were nice. No privacy between sites. The employees were friendly and there was a playground and pool (closed) for kids. It worked as a stopover but I wouldn’t plan a vacation around this place. Hands down the worst KOA I’ve ever visited.

The person on the phone was friendly, but failed to tell us that the site is under major renovation, being converted into a KOA. As a result, most of the campground is a giant mud pit. Also, it appears most of the residents are permanent, and unfortunately there is more trash than a junkyard. Many residents must be employed in the area, as the noise level picks up substantially around 6:00 AM when people leave for work. Could not get the WiFi to work. Not worth $40 for a FHU.

Behind the office the sites are scattered with junk in front and under permanent campers The showers and bathrooms are ok. Nothing special. Laundry was nice $2 a spin. The site I was in was next to the office with full hookup I didn’t try the WiFi. But I could reach it. I noticed a lot of pull through sites were very muddy on the lower level of the grounds. If you’re in a van like me and plan to do primitive camping, you will need a tent to set up just for looks. A permanent camper on the ground was tested pos. for covid 19.
