The sites are large by KOA standards (though not as large as State Parks usually). The grounds are immaculate and the people are really nice. They have a small camp store and they have firewood and propane on the property. Our only drawback was that we had to pay $5 for a visitor's pass for my parents to come for about 30 minutes to see our new RV and another $5 for my son to come in when he had to come pick me up while our jeep was not running correctly. We did not use the laundry or bathhouse facilities. If you are interested in a Kamping Kabin, I would recommend the ones in the back of the property over the ones directly at the entrance.

We stayed for a few nights back in March, and we absolutely loved this location. You can back in right along the river, or choose to stay in a pull through spot. We plan to stay here again in the future.

This campground just opened in August 2020 so it’s still somewhat of an undiscovered gem. It is very well kept (sites were immaculate) and the sites were comfortably spaced. The playground is awesome. There are wifi repeaters every few sites so internet access was good for most of our stay (until the weekenders rolled in). There is a very nice walking path along the riverfront, far away from the campsites so you don’t feel like you’re encroaching on anyone else’s space. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
