We arrived on 2/20/20 and spent our first 9 nights in site 57. That was when our reservation was to end, but we decided that if they would let us we’d like to stay until 4/1/20. They were happy to let us stay and gave us the monthly rate. Now with the COVID-19 scare we’re thinking about staying longer. I asked management if that would be possible. They said sure, no problem. Several of the Winter visitors have already left so there are plenty of sites open. It’s very convenient to Walmart and Publix and most everything else. Right now the pool is closed due to the virus as a precaution and management is only available by appointment. Good place though. There’s shuffleboard and horseshoes and several other activities and things going on or to do. There’s a little pond on the property with wild animals and I like walking around it daily. (There’s also a small alligator in the pond I call Alex.) If you’re into skydiving that’s available too very close by. The planes can be a little noisy but not too bad. And if you’re like us and aren’t towing or driving a car/truck Enterprise Rent-A-Car is close enough that they’ll pick you up and drop you off. If we’re ever back in the area I think I would probably try to find a place closer to the beaches but other than that this place is very good.
